Did anyone here something new from B3 innovations? I ordered the Pico in April and still don't have one. And I don't really see someone writing about his experiences with a Pico. Can anybody tell me if B3 Innovatons delivers Picos at all? Or did I waste my money to frauds?by RobertKuhlmann - General
Versand: Briefporto, also 60ct). Sobald ich die Ware bekommen und geprüft habe, werde ich ein Angebot bei ebay einstellen.by RobertKuhlmann - Schwarzes Brett
Hm. What is 3D-printing good for? It's perfect for prototypes, proof of concepts and so on. It's dedicated to make people produce their own products at home, instead of buying them from globalized industries (saving resources though). What are the drawbacks of 3D-printing? It's poor for mass production and it is not cheap. Especially when it comes to metal parts. I wouldn't combine the questiby RobertKuhlmann - General

Found this in an older posting (still in business): They sell smaller quantities too and the prices are very competetive (e.g. ABS white1,63€/kg + tax; maybe be a bit more expensive on small quantities, but would still be cheap even for double the price ).by RobertKuhlmann - Plastic Extruder Working Group
It's quite identical to Quentin Harley's RepRap Morgan, except that you move the head, while Quentin moves the bed. I like the principle in your design as well as in Quentin's, because it has so much potential for expansions and improvements, while being inexpensive and simple. Drawback in your design will be the reduced precision on mid levels of the print, because - the weight of the arms wiby RobertKuhlmann - Polar Machines, SCARA, Robot Arms
I offered 150€ plus material for all Morgan parts. Material was another 35€. I received some additional parts, e.g. a case for the RAMP.by RobertKuhlmann - Polar Machines, SCARA, Robot Arms

Still working on my first own printer I'm wondering, if it shouldn't be possible to print bearings working with compressed air. While the surface quality of the inner side of the bearing is less important, compared to metal-bearings, it should be possible to e.g. drill the inner part to the correct diameter. I'm thinking about that because of the LM8UU-bearings, which are either expensive or loby RobertKuhlmann - General
You can combine 4 standard-beds to one (400x400). I'm using an aluminum-platform that diffuses the heat from down below, so the building plate will be heated very homogenous. I myself would etch a new board: .by RobertKuhlmann - General

Hm. No need for a special hotend, as far as I understand now. Seems that 300°C at 120mm/s works. An active cooled hotend should make it, I guess? Anybody with more experience in printing PC?by RobertKuhlmann - Plastic Extruder Working Group

Now the printed parts are almost done. I'm finally working on a tool head for this bowden-hotend: V3 bowden extruder It's quite expensive, but I like the design. It seems lightweight, and Morgan should benefit from that. While drawing the tool head, I wonder about the gap between the tool head's radius (12,5mm and 15mm) and its fitting in the Morgan-arm-Theta-b (18mm).
