Maybe you can contact Filament Companies directly and request this. I remember watching Thomas Sanladerer's video where he was at Proto-pasta and they were making custom Filaments. Companies might make a new category of filaments for this... your pic really shows a good example of Light Diffusion. Back on topic (sort of) Daz3d Sixus1 Runtime DNA 3dcafe (been years since I frequented these sites) You would need to rework the models for print ability and convert the obj's to stl's

Could you have a little buffer spoil before the smaller hot end stepper? Use the large Nema to get filament through long bowden where it then is real loosely coiled, maybe once or twice around a small spool, this way the smaller motor doesn't need to be so closely Synced to larger motor.

The guys from Proto-Pasta have a set of tests they use. See the Data Sheets for 1. Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) Test. 2. Impact Resistance 3. Flexural Stiffness and Flexural Strength I don't know how well their filament is... your thread just reminded me of seeing their kickstarter

More of a warning. State Insurance/IAG will not insure a house with a 3D printer in it.....they regard the plastic as flammable hence a fire hazard!
