on le saura quand j'aurai testé la bête (d'ici 2 à 3 semaines) le système de poulie démultiplie l'effort du moteur le contrepoids se trouve de l'autre coté.

One from the motor to a double timing wheel, and from the second timing wheel a belt to position the Z axis. good idea but i'm finalizing my version and will show it this week will see if it can be improved after maybe start a new thread to discuss z belt system (and not polluting cristian's thread )

yes i want to add possibility to avoid automatic leveling (stl files are still on my forum )

salut désolé, je n'ai pas reçu de mail sur la mise à jour du post rassure toi, tout ne sera pas expédier de la réunion sur un kit complet (j'y réfléchis) je viens de passer en gt2 sur les 3 axes les pièces pourront servir à la galerie

i always use brim on large part with cura 14.09 initial layer line width must be at 100% (or greater than 0%!)

j'ai crée un site et un forum destiné à promouvoir la construction de la fabrap il y a un forum pour échanger sur les différents aspects mécaniques,électriques,informatique,..., discuter des nouvelles versions qui vont arriver !

You re right I remember i add brim for the plate y and z ( large rectangular part) Amount of heat in the part is also important Same part in 0,3 can have corner lift up and in 0,1 not But it will take 3 time more to print

first layer is important. you need to adjust z offset to have the first layer squished on the glass a little bit ( to have a good grip on the glass) i never had lifting on my print maybe it is the wood brand i use this one

hi everyone i have a smartrap 0.48, with rack and pinion as i need a bigger printing size i made this new design i started with regpy model , then click everywhere in solidworks and voila source file here: thanks serge, regpye and john L

salut à tous depuis le debut j'imprime avec l'extrudeur d'origine, en direct et ça marche impeccable au cas ou celui viendrait à lacher j'ai préparé un autres avec ressort en remixant un provenant de thingiverse
