Hi, Maybe the current going to the extruder is not set properly. Maybe the hotend is not cooled properly. Maybe the nozzle is corked. The Fabrikator is a specific machine, probably inspired by repraps, but not a reprap. Hi, The servo is plugged on the D11 and under pins. The enstop is plugged in the Zmin input. Caution, if you use a microswitch without PCB you need to uncomment //#define ENDSTOPPULLUP_ZMIN For most of the autobed enabling folow these steps : Then just enable servos on Marlin. ++JMby J-Max - General

Hi, Sometimes what you expect just do not exist. Probably the manual input is so easy that there's no reason to program it. IMHO, each word have its own shape. Maybe it will be smarter to add a bar, as the_digital_dentist suggested, adjusted to fit visualy to the word itself. ++JMby J-Max - General

Hi larsk Wow ! 3 hotends ! I'm so excited to see your prototype working. I dunno if this will help, but it's possible to use and arc instead of a pivot point (like on tablesaw's tilting). But an unique pivot point is totaly possible. To hold the pendulum plate in place, it's posible to insert rare earth magnets in the yellow plate, and make it slide on a fixed metal plate. Hi, Guys, it's not because the motors are rated 2A you can't make them work with allegro drivers. I ran 17HS8401 motors with some A4988, since two years now and neither the drivers or the motors get too hot. The 17HS8401 are rated 1.8A btw. Just set the drivers on the proper voltage and this will be ok. For 2A rated motors, just set the output voltage to 0.85v. ++JMby J-Max - Reprappers

Hi, Quotegwc2795 Yes the MKS board will take 24 volts but you are still limited to 11 amps for the bed heater. I intend to add the larger bed and heater so I strayed on the side of more bed watts. A MK2B uses 8A maximum under 24v. You can go up to 264W under 24v. If you want a large heatbed, you'd reather consider any AC silicon heatbed. ++JMby J-Max - Prusa i3 and variants

Hi, Well, I bought a genuine E3D V6, a very expensive component indeed. Several months later I bought a chinese copy. Actualy, I'm not able to make any difference between them, aspect or printing. LM8UU bearings are pretty the same whatever the price of your kit. I can see first price Ramps boards on kits between $250 to $650. Priviet Ivan, I agree with the_digital_dentist about the 3 points leveling bed, but you can lift the bed from two points only. IMHO do your machine with 1 motor by axis/function. Anyways, I'm always very dubitative about ultra large 3D printers, especialy with high quality expectations. Just think about buying a 1500x2500mm buid plate with an overall flatness within 0.1mm ! Hi, 1/ impossible to say actualy. But check your Marlin's settings first. 2/ repetier is one of the best program, it should work I'm affraid the problem you've got may happens with other host softwares. You need to find what's wrong first. Alternatives : Cura, Pronterface... 3/ see point 1/ You bought a good price. Re, C'est vrai c'est pas tout à fait plan. Mais sur la mienne de 6mm (270x220mm), j'ai quelques creux mais je ne passe pas une lamelle de 0.05mm sous mon équerre. Bonjour, Hélas non, tous les capteurs dans la même gamme de prix auront le même problème. Sinon, le prix explose. La distance entre le capteur et la surface doit être faible. En plus, il faut la buse entre les deux ! En clair il faut imprimer directement sur une plaque d'alu ou d'acier. Pourquoi mettre une plaque de verre d'ailleurs ? Bonjour, Pour info, on trouve les mêmes à moins de 15€ livré sur Aliexpress. Je comprends que tu aies payé cher, mais si tu veux t'en séparer, il faut être au moins dans les prix du marché.
