bought from esd online and it said it would fit the v6 kit when bought with the new heatsink blockby trist077 - General

ordered the new pt100 from esd online a lot more accurate than a thermistor so hopefully this will sort it though but now the thermister is unpluged from the board the displa is still showing 200 i unplugged the heatbed too that says 0 degreesby trist077 - General

pushing down on the thermistor a bit keeping in hole 730 on the lcd just looked on youtube and there should be a small bolt and washer holding thermistor in guess what mine never had one but i guess that what you get for buying secand hand going to get a new thermistor and tryby trist077 - General

webt to use printer today after putting new filliment in and cant use as lcd reads 208 celsus max temp error even though the end is cold if i hold the thermister in the hole a little it reads 730 proterface cant heat cause of error any helpby trist077 - General

sort the cold error fans were on but how do i stop the holes in the cube and the bottom layer no where near as good as topby trist077 - General

right finally got print 20mm test square using slic3r and ponterface instead of repetier the only thing is its not quite centre echo cold extrusion prevented error in pronterface and temp is down from 188 set to 176 a few gaps in cube the cube has a 20mm height but length is 25mm even though set at 20mm can you help me now feeling happy now its printingby trist077 - General

my printer stops on the x axis endstop when home pressed then goes a little from endstop to right then back the y when hom e press goes to the end stop at back makes a noise as if its trying to carry on the stops when i try to bring the board forward via repetier it wont i have to drag the board off the endstop then it will work any ideas why also when i set to print it always goes to the top riby trist077 - Printing

right got al axis going in direction and all homeing directions correct cant test z homing yet as waiting for new endstop but when i press x home on repetier it goes home and then ican move it via each way again no problem when i hit y home it goes to home the endstop and keeeps going for about 5 sec even though its hit the endstop and when i try to bring the bed forward with the arrow it wontby trist077 - General

tryed so many different firmware setups and just getting fruststrted prusa i3 1.4 step arduni 2560 when home is pressed are the axis supposed to go to end switchs if i home a axis it just moves a mm or 2 and stops does not go home is about 10mm from bed when i try to print so just blobs everywhere and comes out fast where would i get someone to explain what each step does in marlin or the besby trist077 - General

came with lcd screen working but i programed aruino and selected examples basics and blink since this all writing on screen have gone on just black squares on lcd and blinks blue board is mks gen v1,1 stopped that by usinfg examples baSICs and bare minumin noy just solid green led but same squares on lcd i need to program but not sure how so many diffrent methods and settings online im confusedby trist077 - General

hi got a 2nd hand prusa i3 made designed by czar has ardunio mega 2560 board etc problem is when connected to windows 8.1 64bit in device manager under com/ports shows as usb serial port com 7 but cant install arduni mega 2650 have disable signature thing tryed installing by updating driver from device manager but says windows determined driver downloaded software from audunio website tryed insby trist077 - General

ok im in the uk and i want to buy a 3d printer but not sure where to start so if you could help me out 1.i want a diy kit want to learn as i go and i enjoy assembly do i buy a kit or do i get individual bits i want 2 i want a good extruder and a good flatbead but theres so many out there whats best 3 best shops or sourses at the moment looking at the prusa i3 4.whats the best or difference inby trist077 - General
