Yes looks like Java cannot find the rxtx libs I can replicate this error if I move RXTXcomm.jar out of ...lib\ext\ I presume you are using windows, double check all the three required rxtx files are in the correct place had a problem in the past, not reprap related, with more than one version of the JRE on the same machine not sure if this is the case hereby xsainnz - RepRap Host

You can use the MYRIAD 3D Reader to get dimensions off the .stl files This may be what you are looking for but its 8 months old so some parts may have changed There is also a zip file somewhere on the forum called converted+files.zip cant remember where, it has all the parts in .igs formatby xsainnz - Reprappers
