Posted an updated version of Marlin 2.9.0.3 that I created, for this controller. Though do not as of this post have this controller, I will be ordering it when the prices come down. Too make this a easier task they have Crimping Tool For Dupont XH2.54 JST though the Tool will set you back $20 - $ 30 dollars I do crimp my connectors though on occasion I simply use the 2nd best method XH2.54 JST pig tails. These are precrimped connectors with a short pigtail wires that I solder onto my lead wire with shrink tubing to protect from shorting. You can find them on E-Bay using aby Roberts_Clif - Controllers

I do not remember posting a link for my New BL touch Slide mount. It has never been finished, when i get some time will again start making measurements adjusting plus it has never tested. And when it is finished there will be two one will attached to rear X-Axis bearing the other will attach to the extruder stepper motor / upper throat cooling heatsink. I have never gotten PID auto-tune to work in 6 years. If somehow you do make sure you write down what you did an post it for me. The link you requested Wow that took some time, stl file were every where so I had to duplicate all of them and move into a Single folder. I have all the modification STL files on my google drive and there a a few that I recommend. You really need a Proximity sensor have used the the original SN04P an upgraded to a low profile TL_W3MC2 both work the TL_W3MC2 is best of the two. You already have the link for Marlin 2.0.9.3-BL this is setup ready for use with a BL Touch or the 3D Touch. I really do not know a lot about your 3DP08 Frby Roberts_Clif - Firmware - Marlin

I have been having problems using Marlin 2.0.9.3 an Marlin 2.0.8.2 with the Hictop ramps 1.4 compatible controller have reverted to Marlin 2.0.9.2 Problems do not appear in this version can not explain why this version though every function I installed with Marlin 2.0.9.2 work, while some did not on the other versions.by Roberts_Clif - Firmware - Marlin

Downloading and flashing firmware is done at your own risk. The Forums have many people that can help including myself though Downloading and flashing firmware is done at your own risk. I have always stated that before you flash firmware make sure you have a copy of your current firmware so you can restore your device to original state. The firmware I posted was from the Hictop web site you said you could not download without an access code so posted it here for you. If you want an updated version of marlin that works on the Hictop 3DP08, post what version will look in my updated Marlin versions list to see if I updated that version an post. Finally got one to click,I reverted back to Marlin 1.1.9BF however the pin holding the ratchet locking finger (whatever it is called) is frozen top and bottom. This was sliced using Prusaslicer 2.4.0 with 0.3mm nozzle using 0.2 layer thickness with PLA @ 196C. This is still not working as designed and has a very loud click when turning 1/4 shank an harder to turn than the other Nasa wrenches priby Roberts_Clif - Printing

To whom it may concern: Have 3D Printed many Nasa Wrenches using .4 nozzle with Marlin firmware. Do not know how or when but this ability is now gone. Have Upgraded most Marlin 1.x.x versions and still was able to print the Nase Wrench G-Code from September 16, 2018 and October 25, 2020 both have work successfully sense there creations. All my 3D Printers originally looked like the 2nd one 3DP12, now they look like the attached photos. Newest purchased still applying my modifications. Had to go to work will finish now. My 3DP11 and 3DP12's are upgraded as close as you can get to a 3DP18 . The differences are my 3D Printer all have a 2020 Aluminum frame construction, there are several different controller model numbers and all are compatible. I have 3 Hictop 3D Printers all running Marlin 2.0.9.3 Two 2DP12 and a single 3DP11 I can help you with your current Marlin firmware or Post the configurations for Marlin firmware version that is very close to what you will need. After you adjust your Z offset store the settings they should be available after power off/on. I have upgraded to Marlin 2.0.9.3 and enabled PROBE_OFFSET_WIZARD this make it very easy to set the Z offset. I have just finished installing Marlin 2.0.9.3, on my Three 3D Printers an found that I needed to initialize EEProm. This can be accomplished from the LCD From Main Menu Click > Select Configuration Click > Select Advanced Settings Click > Select Initialize EEProm.Click > Found that could not even mover the stepper motors until Initializing my EEProm. Slic3r is ok, Though I prefer PrusaSlicer (formerly known as Slic3r Prusa Edition or Slic3r PE) Because PrusaSlicer is an enhanced version of Slic3r the configuration profiles can be imported directly into PrusaSlicer. PrusaSlicer has many enhancements which make using this slicer worth the change. I was watching a Youtube video showing CR Touch installation. In the video it shows I could adjust the Z-Offset live and save the offset image below simple set Offset click and nozzle moves to height. I do not know how to enable this menu help me. I have noted after I have flash the Marlin 2.0.9.3 firmware if you do not initialize EEProm some functions do not work correctly. Click Select Configuration Click Select Advanced Settings Click Initialize EEProm Click When I install Marlin 2.0.9.3 on my controller none of the steppers motors worked an various other problems.
