I have two 3D Printers one has a 250 watt supply the other has a 480watt supply. One has a 12V the 250watt the other has 24V 280watt both on the Same Style 3D Printer both are equally preforming in prints. It is hard to tell you that you need a larger power supply, as someone tole me that I needed a larger power supply after purchasing it found that the wire was the problem. Quoteohfurryone If you're going to say that all materials release dangerous fumes, you should also suggest users throw away a vast majority of their plastics as their off-gassing is far worse than days worth of printing with clean filament. 100K ohm 3950 1% NTC Thermistor This means it is a Negative Temperature Coefficient thermistor with a Beta value of 3950. Have been using this thermister for a year and select ('1') for my thermister in Marlin, Verified with a DVM temperature probe and the readings are so close, I would except either as true. 100K ohm 3950 1% NTC Thermistorby Roberts_Clif - General
I have two 3D Printer both Hictop one 3DP11 the Other 3DP12, One 12v the Other 24v. The 3DP11 printing with Cheap Chinese PLA I print at 192-196C Filament extrudes easily. QuoteDust you can get a binary dump of the firmware from the controller using avrdude, its command line, and syntax is dependent on your controller CPU type. You should also backup the eeprom google "backup firmware avrdude site:" The only thing you can do with this is put it back onto an identical controller, you cant edit it. I do not believe that this has ever been an option. I purchased a 2nd controller for each of my two 3D Printers, then I upgraded the backups using Marlin-RC8BF-HICi3. Once I had a working controller using Marlin-RC8BF-HICi3, I then flashed the originals as the backup controllers just in case of controller failures. Hot-end temperature is controlled by a thermister, Ohm the thermister it should measure between 2-20ohms. Check that the thermister is not shorted to the hot-end, I normally wrap the washer covering the thermister with heat tape then poke a hole in the tape for the securing screw.by Roberts_Clif - Reprappers
