Hi all
Got a week to get this working. Updated to firmware v1.0.04
All motors move in the correct direction but I cannot make it go in a - direction, will go in a + direction then back in a - direction but cannot go past 0 which is what it is when homed. Any ideas what to alter to make it do a - direction?

Where did you get the magnetic rods from?
I got some of aliexpress but 1 of the magnets was Brocken and there was no way to connect them to the stock hotend mount

No I used move axis in the menu. Homed 1st then moved to the build plate. Count down from 288 but when it gets to 10 it goes 19 instead of 9 28 instead of 8 37 instead of 8 and so on until it gets to 73 which is 3 but if I move it any move it hits the bed

Trying to set up my machine. Homes ok but when going to the bed it gets down to 10 but instead of going 9,8,7 etc it goes 10,19,28,37 etc
There is still 2mm left to go but it I go any more it crashes into the bed. Diagnal rods are set to 200 but are 197, I take it I need to alter this in the firmware.
Can some one please tell me what else I need to change? Please bear in mind this is my 1st delta

I'm I reading this right?
You came off the board to the high power mosfet then to the ssr and then 240v to the bed

So if I'm getting this wrong someone please correct me!
Lerdge are saying it's the ssr's that is causing this problem and not the second extruer module?
Not sure how an ssr eorks inside but I was under the impression it's the same as the mosfet!

Anyone thinking about purchasing any Lerdge parts whether it be the main board or an addon they do or anything related to 3D Printing I would suggest Delta3D in Spain. As Edvard as found out their customer service is second to none. They even offered to supply Edvard with a new board to replace the burnt out one which was not purchased through themselves (which he declined as he didn’t purchase f

I have ball bearing lead screw on mine and still had loads of trouble getting it working but it is an acrilic frame and that seems to amplify any sound the mechanics make

Could be that a tap is a sudden knock but when homing it's more of a very light touch and it's not detecting a knock, don't know why it wouldn't trigger with pressure. This was happening to me, my mounts (under bed) are hollow by .5mm and getting flex and not pressure

Hi Guy's
Just started on the build. 1st I know there are issues with this printer.
Do any off you have a pic or model number off the extruder motors? Mine are 42HSC8402-15B11
Looking to see if they have upgraded them since the 1st release?
I haven't finished the build as the M3 x 8mm arn't M3, of to local store tommorow to collect the correct ones
I have striped the Dimond hotend and one off th

They look good.
I'm not sure it makes any difference. In my latest bed mount design which has a thumb wheel plunger so I can use it to manually level, I installed the piezo with the ceramic face down as I figured I'd get less wear on the brass side of the disc from the rotating plunger, but I'm sure it would be quite minimal.
The piezo when used in squeeze-configuration can be e

Have many problems with HE v6 and temperature swing a lot.
Tested with thermocouple and thermistor
Always swing a lot
Pid tuning many times
Firmware 2.00
With 1.1.7 the temperature was always constant
This and the result of the cube test with oscillating temperatures
Peter as got back to me
They are looking into for you

Before I had version V1.01 and I did not remember these issues.
Now mount V 1.02 with 2 fan connections
I'm testing the firmware 1.17 beta 7 and I'm having the same problems.
Cartridge inspection HE 12V 40w measured 3.8oHm.
The cables are ok
Can you test the hotend with an external temp censor?
Have you tried another thermosistor?

v1.01 has jumpers to select between TC/TR
v1.02 has a switch to select between TC/TR
v1.03 as no jumper or switch. You have to purchase the board to use either TC/TR
