Printing from SDCARD - 10 years ago
Hi all, On my Delta printer with Duet 0.6 board, when I launch printing from SDCard, the "heater 1" stay on "Off" and never become "active" However, temperature is defined in S3D. When I launch printing from S3D via USB connection, "heating 1" go "active" without problem! Any ideas ?by lolocaledo - Delta Machines

Bonjour, Je n'utilise plus que les cartes Duet. Pas de soucis concernant les composants soudés dessus et les drivers supportent jusqu'à 2A ce qui est largement suffisant pour nos imprimantes. Si tu venais à avoir besoin de plus de courant, elle peut gérer des drivers externes. My DELTA stop randomly ! - 10 years ago
Hello, I've already talk about this problem. After trying many manner of print, I am printing now with GCODE file on SDCARD. Randomly, my printer stops and immediatly the heater stops and stops to move. Hi all, After making myself teeth on my first DELTA printer, I'd like to build a bigger printer, something like a 1,5m tower high, a 450 or 500 cm diameter area build with a E3D V6 hot end for 3mm filament and 1mm nozzle size. Il aurait fallu que tu commences par dire que cela concernait une Delta. Le calibrage en X Y se fait en modifiant la valeur suivante : #define DELTA_DIAGONAL_ROD 250.0 // mm Si ton cube imprimé est sous la cote réelle, tu diminue cette valeur Si ton cube imprimé est au dessus de la cote réelle, tu augmente cette valeur. After some tests : - Printing with Gcode file on SDCARD with USB plugged but not connected with S3D : the problem occurs - Printing with Gcode file on SDCARD with USB unplugged : no problem Does it means that we can't use USB for long prints ? Hi all, I have a strange behavior since 3 or 4 days ago. This problem occurs by printing with USB connected to Simplify3D or with GCODE file on the SDcard, printing launched from Web interface or PanelDue Randomly, the printer stops .... sometimes go again after 10 or 20s ... and sometimes stops definitively. After upgraded firmware for Duet to 1.09m-dc42 and PanelDue with 1.13 and add M575 P1 B57600 S1 in config.g, I've always errors in Web console !! Prints are good but web console reports error like 01:21:00 UTC+11Checksum error on line 4628 or 01:25:09 UTC+11Error: GCodes: Attempt to read a GCode int before a search. Bonjour, Si tu as un plateau chauffant, il faut faire tes réglages avec un plateau et une buse chaude. Il faut ensuite vérifier si tu n'as pas de jeux sur ton détecteur lorsqu'il est déployé. Tu peux faire le test manuellement plusieurs fois de suite. Hi all, This is my final procedure to print object with the most possible accuracy : After have correctly defined the value in bed.g (with H parameter for each probe point) and correct values in M665 and M666 in config.g file, before the first print, I do only one bed leveling with G32. I have upgraded one of my PanelDue with beta2 firmware and this what I can report : I use ITDB02-5.0 from ITEAD STUDIO - in Console messages, there isn't CR (carriage return) so we can't see all the message if the message is long - FR keyboard is very nice for me (you doubted yourself in a bit :-) ) - icon for nozzle 1 and 2 is nice - it should be very nice to replace text button by icons (buby lolocaledo - Controllers
