I have the White ABS from the ebay guy in WA, THe roll was short 1/2 a KG but other than that it looks ok. If someone im melb wants some to try then give me a yell. im sure we can catch up. either at CCHS or somewhere else. I should be bringing it this weekend to Cef's

I just checked that thermistor from RS that Mlagana linked. its only $3.70 aust. so i might pick up 3-4 and see how they go. Supposed to be in stock. so shouldnt take long to get even at this time of year. Thermistor

Did anyone else notice the ABS rolls rom WA on ebay over the last few days? Might be worth picking up a few KG's for playing with. selling 5KG for $85 inc postage.

well the belts have arrived. 1 mendel set is exactly that. enough belts to do 1 mendel. its an easy way to get the belts for a mendel. Quality seems fine. shipping was quick enough. seem ok to me.

Wouldnt it be easier to just swap the nozzle and thermal barrier, unscrew the heater and retainer. keep the nozzle and thermal barrier together . would make sense to me. slightly more exspensive as you need a barrier for each nozzle but easy enough to swap i would think btw, nice pics.

those seem to be the two i have found as well. trouble is i will be waiting on the stepper drivers soon as robotgear is on holidays for a couple more weeks. at least i can pick up a couple of steppers from ausxmods and mount them ready to go. Peter

Well a little good news, I got the basic frame built for my wolfstrap built. next im looking for steppers to mount on it etc. Anyone got local sources of stepper motors and maybe the pololu drivers other than robotgear.com.au? they seem to have ok pricing so im happy to go with them except they seem to be out of stock. Also starting to think about extruder and hotend now. any thoughts on that
