I talking about the X and Y gear pulley. Not the the extruder. Regardsby linuxbaba - CoreXY Machines
What I think is the gear pulley, the 5mm hole for the stepper motor not in the center of the pulley, forget it if I am wrongby linuxbaba - CoreXY Machines
Maybe you forget disable the bluetooth by -1. Forget it if I am wrong.by linuxbaba - Firmware - mainstream and related support
I used PEEK 1.75mm j-head before, half year ago, I bought chinese made metal 3mm e3d and put the OD 3mm ID 2mm PTFE tube inside from the top of e3d down to the half heat block. It run without any problem for half year.by linuxbaba - Reprappers
Hi RepRot, For the power supply, I using the second hand Sony PS3 12V 23.5A, it have 2 outputs 12V @ 23.5A and 5V @ 0.6A. It only HK$50 and size is 14.8cm X 14.5cm X4.1cm. I got no porblem for the headbed at all and the size is very good for the 3D printer. Cheers.by linuxbaba - CoreXY Machines
Hi RepRot I am very love your design, are you using solidworks to make it, if yes, may I have copy of it? I have delta prnter, thinking to build corexy. I need some idea, thanks for your help. Cheersby linuxbaba - CoreXY Machines
You really need cooling fan for Q3 Mosfet or big heatsink if fit for install. Heatbed may eat a lot of power and heat up the Q3 Mosfet as well.by linuxbaba - RAMPS Electronics
Do you have cooling fan for ramps?by linuxbaba - RAMPS Electronics
My 2 cents again, the power supply 12V5A is far from enough current for 3D printer, Normally, "4 X NEMA17 + 1 Hotend + heated bed" almost need 12V20A". The NEMA23 rated 3A each and NEMA17 only 1.5A.by linuxbaba - RAMPS Electronics
I did the same before, it works but the speed is very slow. The fast I can set is 40mm per second. About the connection, it can direct wire from 1.4 to tb6560 board, motor pin to motor pin. BtW, 6560 have pulse limitation, firmware marlin not drive it well. I changed to use tb6600.by linuxbaba - RAMPS Electronics
I did try two of four axis driver board TB6560, both chinese made, one is generic design. It is OK when running slow speed using in CNC router in Marh3, but using in the 3D printer, 20mm/sec will missing steps all the time. Another TB6560 board is custom made, running 45mm/sec sometime will getting same result. I using the Marlin firmware, try to change the stepper.cpp but no luck. Whatby linuxbaba - Controllers
I hope is not too late to saying that, using THB6064 is much better than TB6560. TB6560 missing step all the time.by linuxbaba - Controllers
