Actually, the issue is out of 10 times, 2-3 times only this issue is happening. Or sometimes randomly happening. We checked with Pronterface. At that time the issue didn't happen. Someone has already raised it in Marlin and it seems they have updated by Jan-22 itself. May be the issue with BTT TFT?by selva_tvi - Firmware - Marlin
Hi all, We are using 'Marlin-2.1.1' with BTT Octopus Pro board and BTT TFT 5.0. 500x500 machine with Dual extruder. Both nozzles are having an offset of 66mm. PID value is given separately for both hotends. When heating T0 (Left), only T0 is heating. But when heating T1, both T1 (RIght) and T0 (Left) also get heated. It is physically heating. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.by selva_tvi - Firmware - Marlin
Hi, I am using BLTouch. I am using MKS Gen V 1.4 + TFT3.2". This TFT is having 'Print resume after power outage'. So, whenever the power comes, the print can be resumed. Now I have added BLtouch to our machine. It is working finely. But, at the middle of the print, power goes and when it comes back, BLTouch is doing the selftest. At that time, the BLTouch is just above the print and the probby selva_tvi - Firmware - Marlin

I am using DUET 0.6 from Reprap ltd. Using 12V power supply. Recently due to some of my mistake, one of the board burnt (minor). Then I replaced with another DUET 0.6 board. In that it was having issues with heating the heat bed. The soldering of the screw terminal was loose and one side soldering was totally removed. So, replaced with another screw terminal on the reverse side (Which was havingby selva_tvi - Duet

Thanks for the response. But, is it ok to use the bed wires (300W) as it is? Or should I connect Bed V+ and Power In V+. That is the confusion.. Thank you always for the answers you are giving to us.by selva_tvi - Duet
Hi, I am building Core XY 300x300x300. I am using DUET 0.6 from RepRap Ltd. I am using 24V, 20A power supply. All the components are 24V. I bought 24V 300W Silicon heater from Aliexpress. Today I set the temperature to 100deg. It took 20mins to reach only 90deg. After that when I checked the DUET board, the bed connector is burnt. Please find the attached image. I am using DUET 0.6 boards (from Reprap ltd) in 2-3 printers. Previously I was using 4 pin old IR sensor from Reprap ltd. 3 months back, I purchased 3 pin mini IR sensor and started using it. Working without any issues. Differences are quite big. Last 10 days I was building one CoreXY with 300x300x300. I updated Reprap firmware with 1.18.1. And used the configurator to create config files for Cby selva_tvi - Duet
Thanks for the suggestions. Two more questions: 1. Yesterday all of a sudden the IR probe stopped probing. One print was completed and the other print started, at that time the probe didn't work. I checked for the wiring. Everything was ok. I replaced another sensor with the same wiring, the new sensor was working. I am really surprised why the sensor stopped working. Any way to check for the woby selva_tvi - Duet
Ok. Thanks. I was thinking that DUET 0.6 can only be updated using Bossac. Now, by using DWC, first I uploaded IAP.bin, then uploaded 1.18.1. It was done.by selva_tvi - Duet
Hi, I am facing some issues with uploading this RepRapFirmware 1.18. I am trying to upload it for DUET 0.6. (Previous firmware was RepRapFirmware 1.18beta). I connected the board via USB and pressed ERASE and RESET Buttons. The port was changed to BOSSAC port. After that I copied the BOSSAC.exe and the firmware bin files to temp folder. Then I updated the firmware by using the bossac.exe –eby selva_tvi - Duet
Hi, I am using DUET 0.6 board with 4 pin IR sensor bought from . I have some queries. 1. In config.g, in M558 this IR sensor to be selected as P1 or P2? 2. Previously I used, P1 and it was running smoothly. Yesterday all of a sudden the IR probe stopped probing. One print was completed and the other print started, at that time the probe didn't work. Hi, Recently I bought 2WAY in 1WAY out TL-Feeder Prusa bowden prometheus multi feeder System from Aliexpress. I am planning to use with DUET Wifi. Anybody has used this already? Any suggestion? For point 2, yes it is difficult to use the power failure option when printing with Heat bed on. Once cooled, the print will automatically popped up. Can be used without heatbed filaments. How it will be implemented in the new firmware? I am using DUET boards. In my area frequent power failures will be there. What is the solution for power failures? For example, when there is a power failure, the print is failed in the middle (if there is no backup). Is there any way to solve this issue? Hi Everyone, After continuous testing, I found the mistake is with me itself. 1. Stepper driver current was low, so that X and Y homing was not done properly. Adjusted the POT in A4988 and both X&Y homed super smoothly. 2. When I move X by given value, Y was also moving along with X and when I move Y by some value, X was also moving along with Y. Hi, I am using IR sensor along with DUET 0.6 (from Replikeo). I am happy with the IR Sensor. I have an old Prusa i3 with Arduino+RAMPS. I would like to use the IR sensor (4-wire) from Replikeo to work with RAMPS (Marlin firmware). I checked for connections, but I didnt find. DC42 has a solution, but it is for his 3 wire IR sensor.
