Hey guys, Long time since I logged in here, two things: 1. Is anyone thinking of getting the new Folgertech FT-5 CoreXY-style printer? 2. First print in about two months, not bad considering the filament definitely has some moisture in it...by therippa - Prusa i3 and variants

Quick poll - what speed/layer height do you guys usually print with? I'm at 45mm/s and 0.2mm layer height. Edit: Apparently I can print at 90mm/s with no problems. Nice.by therippa - Prusa i3 and variants

If anyone is curious about the marlin lineage, the only two files changed on my fork from the official Marlin fork is configuration.h and pins.h. If you want to see the differences, compare the two files using BeyondCompare.by therippa - Prusa i3 and variants

The branch in my sig is 1.0.2-1 (latest marlin release). If you want to try RC3, you can use my personal branch, but it is pretty far from the stock folgertech setup at this point (leadscrews, sonnylowe y/x upgrades, extruder upgrades, full LCD,etc) -by therippa - Prusa i3 and variants

Did Folgertech put up a billboard or something? All of this new blood on the forum in the last day or two Does anyone else think it's about time we made a wiki page of some sort regarding this printer and we can put a link in our sigs since we can't update the first post on the thread?
