I have a coreXY printer (Hypercube Evolution) Today I found out, that shapes prints are distorted: A circle is not a circle, but wider along the Y-axis than along the X-axis, by half a millimetre. Where could this problem come from? The belts are tensioned. The angles are 90deg. Both motors for XY movement are identical and have the same steps/mm set in config. I am running out of ideas.by Tryptamine - CoreXY Machines
I have an extremely strange behaviour with the heated bed of my Hypercube Evolution and can not figure out what is causing it. When I mesh probed my first 6mm Aluminium Plate, I noticed it is very convex (has a huge hill) at the back-middle. Thinking I somehow bent the plate while using a CNC to drill the holes, or the plate might be just poorly made. So I bought another plain milled Aluminiuby Tryptamine - Projekte
Hey guys, My printer is using a 12V heating patron on a 24V PSU. Suboptimal, i know, but hard to change due to the design of my printer. According to ohms Law, the heat output is 4 times higher as if used with 12V, which i could compensate for with a PWM Duty cycle of 0.25. I used RepRap 2.x before. Back then i was able to autotune the Heater and it was completely stable. In RRF 3.x this changby Tryptamine - General
Yeah i have considered them but as you say, pretty much out of my price range. I'd rather not use the TMCs as pay 100+€by Tryptamine - Controllers
Hello guys, i am planning on building a Hypercube EVO. I want to use a 32 Bit Board with TMC2100 for at least X- and Y. I found The MKS SBASE v1.3 for really good prices (a smoothieboard clone: ) It comes with preinstalled DRV8825 drivers but as i said i want to use TMC drivers. Is there a way to run them anyway? I noticed a 4 Pin Output on the board in front of every driver, is this to attacby Tryptamine - Controllers
