Thanks for the reply I am planning to build the machine for potentially selling as a robust work horse of a 3d printer , also now looking at that most of the part are independent of the build size of the machine I Really liked the design, but i dont get it how the rails are attached to the extrusions. There are no 4040 m3 t nuts for it. Another one i am looking at . i am only taking idea forby karandex - Extruded Aluminum Frames

Hi I am not new to building 3d printers but this is first time i am building one from aluminum extrusion My design is inspired by 3dprinterlife elipse3dv2. Its got top 6mm plate where mgn12 rails of length 300mm are mounted (2 for y axis and 1 for x axis) The whole top plate is currently supported by 4 2020 extrusion. I have already build a test machine with acrylic ( that machine dont have hoby karandex - Extruded Aluminum Frames

I talked with whosa regarding this I generally come open with these things and sometimes I don't release something or feel ashamed that its not my original product, and I pay the price for it by missing an opportunity. taking inspiration or part of a design is not bad.but taking from a design which is clearly stated to be a non commercial licence is illegal. you accepting and giving attributiby karandex - India RUG

Hi The max size you can print is 14cmx14cmx14cm. On minimum side the minimum wall thickness should be 1mm. The cost of machine in assembled form is 28,000. Our machine is basically printrbot jr bit modified. If you can assemble machine from the instruction on printebot website i can sell un assembled for 25,000. Some pics of machine. Machine may be in white or black. The prints are prusa i3 parts printed on 60mm/s with heightest layer height. its easy to make print look good at lower layer height compared to high layer height.by karandex - India RUG

3d printer is machine which make solid objects from plastic. its nothing to do with paper. its not machine that make 3d in way its in movies with glasses. 3d printer is very misleading for some people. i had that trouble many times. to know more about 3d printing. see this videoby karandex - India RUG

@GowthamJGR the current model you are seeing is in beta stage. its got a plate to hold the hotend. but in current final ver the hotend is screwed to plate so it cant move. its rock solid mount.by karandex - India RUG

can you show some high quality prints? about 0.2 mm. its easy to make low layer height print look good but its difficult to make high layer height print look good. as you have taken design from ultimaker ( and i have used it , the original) it can make 0.3 prints look like 0.1by karandex - India RUG
