laser cuttable design that works? - 14 years ago
We have a laser cutting on-demand service (www.makerbench.com/factory) and a few folks from the forum have sent us designs for the mendell and variants but the results haven't been very good because of problems with the design files. Is there a semi-official design that is know to work? If anyone wants to send me a working design that is open license and can be redistributed, I'll send you a cutby makerbench - General

I took a look at the posting rules and from what I could tell this seemed within bounds, if it isn't I apologize and I'll be happy to remove it. We're a 'hackerspace' in tempe AZ and what we are doing is a batch buy for ourselves and some friends. We have a kickstarter up for the GEN4 electronics PCBs for Makerbot, RepRap, Cubely, etc available and just today added a reward for a the PCBS and elby makerbench - Controllers
