BiB = Bigger is Better Few days ago I started work on a new printer. Plate dimmensions 300x400 mm, working height 300mm. Similar construction to mendel-prusa. Frame build using M12 and M10 threated rods, all linear rods are 12mm. Designed for Nema23 step motors. At now I have few frames parts, but still working www.thingiverse.com/u-design BiBONE vs. Mendel Prusa Uploaded with ImageShack.uby codec - General New Machines Topics
When I bought factory fresh 644PA I had problems with programming bootloader and firmware via usbAsp, but solved problem very fast: 1st U need to set fusebits via external program 2nd now U can write bootloader via arduino 3rd need to add 644PA chip to firmware list 4th set 644P as a default chip 5th now U can write firmwareby codec - Next Wave Electronics Working Group
bryanandaimee actualy I test TB6560 with Sanguinololu board. I have working, small TB6560 boards, and if everything will work fine, I will start to draw nu pcb (without led's, few resistors, unused jumpers etc)by codec - Next Wave Electronics Working Group
I have problem with start to printing My config: Sanguinololu 1.3a, Pronterface, Slic3r, Prusa Mendel, Sprinter Firmware Manual mooving motors work well, positioning too After loading STL everything works good. Gcode is generated. When I load gcode and hit "Print" nothing happened - where is the problem? Please helpby codec - RepRap Host
U can download Arduino+USBasp+sprinter from my website - fully working and tested by me with AVR USBasp. U need to repins with sanguinololu board www.mojreprap.pl/plikiby codec - Sanguino(lolu)

I have no problems with uploading bootloader and firmware using USBasp and Atmega 644p (via arduino). When I put Atmega 644 into dip40 socket on my board - arduino have problems with upload bootloader. why? On my USBasp i close jumper slow-sck (bascom avr read this atmega 644 without problems) edit: -------------------- need to set FuseBits via external program. Factory settings for Atmega: intby codec - Sanguino(lolu)
if U have new one Atmega U need to set FuseBits via external program. Factory settings for Atmega: internal oscilator 1Mhz, JITAG enabled, CKDIV8 enabled. U need to change: external oscilator >8MHz, JITAG off, uncheck CKDIV8 check Atmega - 644 or 644P - Sprinter's firmware is set for Atmega 644P. If U have Atmega 644 - need to change pins.h file and boards.txt After this changes conectinngby codec - Sanguino(lolu)

current and microstepping is regulated via pins/switches (6 pcs). You dont need to change resistors with motors change. Current options: 25% of 3.5A / 50% of 3.5A / 75% of 3.5A / 100% of 3.5Aby codec - Next Wave Electronics Working Group

I think 4 additonal connectors are not expensive, but have smallest, handy electronic, I want to build universal driver board for any reprap's electronics. Unfortunately TB's, 5W resistors etc are large elements My first gentiba's pcb was standalone, but I stop this project (ugly and big). And do not forget about heatsinks for TB's - is an important point Gen7 and Sanguinololu have different stby codec - Next Wave Electronics Working Group

here is my 1st one pcb - modified Gen7by codec - Next Wave Electronics Working Group
I decide to build two separate pcb's for my Alfa project. 1st one is a motherboard based Gen7 electronic ans 2nd one is doublesided driver's pcb. Two pcb's 7x12,5 cm. Is a easy way to test many wariants of driver's electronic without change motherboard. Soon I will show my electronics (mobo is almost finished - waiting for Molex-24 and mosfets) and driver's pcb is under construction. Driver's pcbby codec - Next Wave Electronics Working Group
terramir - this board is for test's only. when everything will work fine, I will build new pcb. I have idea how to design new small PCB. now waiting for TB6560 and atmegaby codec - Next Wave Electronics Working Group

example: most mendel-prusa reprap have same timing belts, gears, step motors, thermistors, so final configuration will be same for many printers. I do not use Linux, and atmega's programing via linux is terrible for me But I have a friend with programmer and he can write clean Atmega, but he need hex fileby codec - Sanguino(lolu)

U can buy many different motors NEMA17 (with different holding torque, voltage and current). For RepRap (stepstick/pololu drivers) U have to buy motors with low voltage and current up to 2Aby codec - Sanguino(lolu)

I want to start build nu printer (bigger than typical mendel-prusa reprap) and need to use bigger motors. I want to use S. 1.3a board and custom drivers (2.5A minimum each motor). Is possible to use any ENA/STEP/DIR drivers (for bipolar motors) with this board?by codec - Sanguino(lolu)
