Thank you again! I will consider these carefully. Observing what you said, I think it is possible that there would be another reason, because auto-home is perfect. Probe is deployed, z axis comes perfectly down, when the plug touches the bed it is retracted and z axis goes up, finishing the auto-home process. The problem starts after auto-home. After auto-home I need to move the z axis down againby Henrique - Printing
OK, I understood, but what do I have to modify, in order to fiz this problem? I have to insert a z-offset? Thanks for the attention.by Henrique - Printing
Anyway, consider that z axis goes down no matter if I comand it to go up or down. Consider, also, that this only happens after auto home.by Henrique - Printing
Thank you for your answer. The printer is a CR 10 V2 from Creality, and uses a BLTouch at Z axis. It uses Marlin firmware, but I did not succeed to open it and edit, because it is in hexadecimal format. I have been trying to edit through pronterface, but I am not sure of what I have to modify.by Henrique - Printing
Hi everybody! I have a CR 10 V2 3D printer, and whenever I try to calibrate z offset, after comanding auto home, the z axis does not stop moving downward. No matter if I comand to go up or down, it moves down and does no stop till crash to the heated bed. Also, it does not matter if I comando 0,1mm, 1mm or 10 mm in any direction! It will move down till crashing to the heated bed. Does anyone haveby Henrique - Printing
OK. Sorry. It is the Power Supply.by Henrique - Controllers
Sorry, but I could not understand what you meant PS? Thanks!by Henrique - Controllers
I was wondering about building a Voron 2.4, because I heard it is a very good 3D printer. Did anybody build this printer after buying the parts? I know there is a list and something like a manual at the internet. Does anybody recomend?by Henrique - Reprappers
Ok, thank you. I understood. But is there a way to keep the 5V level constant? Even after the printing starts? I believe that this blue screen starts after the BLTouch pins down. But even with the blue screen lighted, the printing begins and goes up to the end. I am still asking myself how to keep this 5V level.by Henrique - Controllers
Thank you very much! I will try this!by Henrique - Reprappers
I dont know where to measure this. Is there a pin at ramps?by Henrique - Controllers
Hi everyone! I have a Full Graphic LCD Controller that starts blue screen after the print starts. Before comanding the print, the screen shows the status normally. Bul after the print starts, the blue screen appears. Sometimes starnge caracthers appear at any moment. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks!by Henrique - Controllers
I have the same problem! I have a Prusa i3 Reprap 3D Printer, and whenever the print starts, the blue screen appears. Sometimes starnge caracthers appear. I changed the connectors several times, but the problem continues. If anybody has a hint, I will be very pleased. Thanks!by Henrique - Reprappers
Hi everybody! I have assembled a Prusa Reprap printer and I am using a graphic LCD. It was working very well, but I need to install Marlin 2.0.9, and after this, whenever the print begins, the screen stops to show the status, and begins to show starnge caracthers. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks!by Henrique - Reprappers
Does this mean I have to change Mega 2560? Are there any other possibilities? All other features in the LCD are doing well. Auto home, pre heat (not completely, because of the thermistor). Is there any test I can do to be sure about this? Thank you Very much for your attention!by Henrique - Reprappers

Do I haver to change Mega 2560? Are there any other possibilities? All other fraturas are doing well. Auto home, pre heat (not completely, because of the thermistor). Do you think I must chance Mega 2560? Thank you Very much for your attention!by Henrique - Reprappers
Hi everybody! I have a reprap 3D printer Prusa i3, and recently it stopped printing because the LCD screen started to show the same temperature, no matter what happens. I unplugged the thermistors from the ramps 1.4 board, but it still shows the same temperature for both the hotend and the bed, that is 196 degrees C. This started after I cleaned the hotend of the printer. Does anybody have anythiby Henrique - Reprappers
I also see that I can´t modify these parameters, like maxtemp, for example, in Marlin. I just dont know why, but whenever I change in Marlin, and transfer the firmware to the printer, these parameters do not change. The only way I can change is through pronterface. What are the G-Codes to change HEATER_0_MAXTEMP? Thanks.by Henrique - Prusa i3 and variants
Yes! I have a PTFE inside the heatbreak. May I modify maximum temperature do 265 degrees C in order to reach 250? Thanks again!by Henrique - Prusa i3 and variants
Hi everyone! I have a Reprap Prusa printer, and I am trying to increase the maximum temperatura of the hotend, but did not succeed, yet. I have noticed that in Marlin this temperature is set to be 250 degrees Celsius, but, effectively, It is just allowed to reach 235. Is there any way to set this temperature higher? Maybe 255 degrees? Thanks!by Henrique - Prusa i3 and variants
I have finished to assemble a RepRap Prusa, but the Z steppers are not movindo. Firstly we thought that the problem was caused by lack of torque, so we took off all the jumpers installed to the Z drive. We have also reveiwed the callibration of the drives, but this did not work also. Steppers in X and Y axis are working, but these are not. When we command the movement of the axis, the steppers trby Henrique - Reprappers
