QuoteDaGameFace i will post if you really want, but the two main things are these lines: \\these change your board to recognize it has two hotends and a heated bed rather than a hotend, a fan and a bed #ifndef MOTHERBOARD #define MOTHERBOARD BOARD_RAMPS_14_EEB \\simple stating you have two hooked up #define EXTRUDERS 2 \\the distance between your two nozzles, in my case its 30 mm on the x axby corcovado - General
Both Flatcam and pcb2gcode are for routers, doing isolation-routing. Repetier is a 3d printer software, and my process is printing the solder mask. G-code is always dependent on the tools used. STL instead is a representation of the object to be generated. But then, how on earth I have missed the Inkscape. Solves my problems. Thanks.by corcovado - General
Ok, what are they? Maybe I can try ? STL is generic, it doesn't involve the physics of your printer.by corcovado - General
I want to use Repetier (Marlin firmware) to print the PCB. That's a given, not changeable.by corcovado - General

Dave, Sorry I used too hard words - we are both after a solution, not more problems. For me it would be at least nice to have human-readable and thereby also editable and re-usable code.by corcovado - Slic3r
Hmmm... Dave, if you don't see any idea in making G-code human-readable, is it very useful to mock the very idea? I cope with better ideas like "doing the things at earlier stages", but could you suggest something constructive? Please do some real suggestions! Threre are people who appreciate readable G-code, understanding what my 3d-printer does and why. And if you take account that some stlby corcovado - Slic3r
Dave, Great point - what to really "obtain with that reduced code", once again I went to tech specs without writing anything sensible for the stake holder! :-DD I'm after human-readability, and generating lean human understandable and re-usable G-code. Whether a postprocessor or G-code is a right way to do it, is also a good point. This started from my initial need to turn G1s of circles to Gby corcovado - Slic3r
Does anyone have one already, or any interest to contribute? My personal target is to detect repetitive G-code, turn thousands of lines to few intelligent ones using subroutines, loops and named parameters. Some requirements could be: Easy controlling (for example with more or less self-descriptive xml-tags) to enable non-regex usage for searching and replacing the blocks of code: - detectionby corcovado - Slic3r
