Ich benutze einen K8200 und habe eine Abweichung von 90Grad zwischen X und Y Achse. Damit messe ich zwischen den Diagonalen eines 120mmx120mm grossen gedruckten Quadrats einen Unterschied von 0.6mm ... ca. 0.2Grad Fehler. Da fuer diese Fehlerkorrektur keine Stellschrauben existieren, sondern die gesamte Mechanik muesste korigiert werden, suche ich nach einer Loesung die den bekannten Fehler einfby lutz_dd - Software
OK ... it seems the single-frame is for one motor 0.4mm off when I measure the triangle of the mounting holes. The motor position have the same error, because the same mounting frame is used ... just 120deg rotated. This needs to be checked in the CAD system (FreeCAD) at the laptop. Anyway 0.4mm is pretty heavy error at an unepxected place. And if one thing goes wrong Murphy is waiting for youby lutz_dd - Delta Machines
The worst case corner (2D, xy) comes along with an unquantified error in z-direction of about 1.5mm. All other corners do not express this big error. I have measured multiple times alle parts and positions, but can't catch the issue. It came in with the new setup I made for better accuracy (single mounting frame for the motors vs. 3 separate frames for each motor ... the previous setup had anby lutz_dd - Delta Machines
@TTN ... any detailed information regarding the 4% deviation along the z-axis would be really interesting especially the strategy to backtrack measured deviations to the root cause. Fuer einen SMT Pick'nPlace Halbautomaten (ich bleib mal bei "denglish") habe ich immer wieder das Problem die Genauigkeit im 3D-Raum zu vermessen, da Feeder, PCB, Grundplatte doch alle eine unterschiedliche Hoehe haben. Made a new one over the weekend. Let the parts swim for about 1 hour in the thinned paint (mixture receipe is 50:50/water:paint). It is hard to tell wether the thinner paint is a good idea or a flaw. The PLA was not cleaned before (e.g. grease) and it behaves to some degree reluctant to get the surface wetted. But the result is good ... all the air goes through the nozzle. For SMT PnP a small adaptor has been made around a simple syring needle and a force sensing resistor FSR 402. The stack of nozzle holder, FSR holder and top item with the vacuum pipe is made with PLA (0.25mm layer thickness, 0.5mm nozzle, 4mm wall thickness with 4x solid at the borders, 195 degC filament temp.). Thank you, repetier. Now it works again ... one side note ... the setting made in "Konfiguration/Druckereinstellungen" like COMport are lost. It's not a big deal if default settings are used. Have reassigned configuration name and COM port and as already stated everything works as before.by lutz_dd - Repetier
I have installed the latest RepetierHost release (1.0.6). It seems to work but has crashed after 10 minutes. Then I tried to use my 0.95 production installation (April 2014) ... but now it will no longer come up successfully. Just the splash screen appears and then it dies silently (size of repetier.log is 0 Bytes). Are there any reasons known already? What needs to be fixed/changed to get my seby lutz_dd - Repetier
