Hello, I build a 3d printer. It works fine in normal use but when I turn on Air Conditioner (AC) in my house. There is voltage drop seen in house. Which as a result cause voltage drop on 3d printer for few seconds and if I am printing during that time the print job stops where it was when voltage dropped as if someone turn off and then on the printer and up ruining the printing object. Hello. I had made prusa i3 and facing some problem. The lead screw diameter 8mm with 2mm pitch. I had A4988 stepper driver installed in all motor with 1/16 Microstepping . The AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT { X/80, Y/80, Z/1600, E/103.2 }. I had calculated it with prusa calculator. For calculating steps.. I had printed calibrated cube(20mm x 20mm x 20mm) and it turns out as seen in pictures. I think that tby Abdul Mannan - Printing
Thanks for the reply. My problem has been resolved but now in D8 I have install blower/12V to cool 3d print and is continuously running. Will that be any issue or not?by Abdul Mannan - RAMPS Electronics
Thanks for the reply. I had check the voltage twice, Once by powering up 3d printer and not changing the temperature/ or temp was 0 degree with the pictures named(D8 closed.JPG, D9 closed JPG). I had measured D9 Mosfet as well to compare with it. Then I set the heated bed temp to max(95') and fan to max(255) and then measure the voltage(D8 open.JPG, D9 open.JPG). As according to it D8 Mosfet is dby Abdul Mannan - RAMPS Electronics
Thanks for the reply. I have attached 6 pictures which are taken when the 3d printer is power up and no setting changes are made (when bed temp, fan and hotend temp are at 0 degree). As you can see in(as power up.JPG) the ramp D8(red) and mosfet light(blue) is turned on when the Heatbed temperature not activate or is set to 0 degree. As in(D8.JPG) you can see it is giving 12V when the bed temp isby Abdul Mannan - RAMPS Electronics
Thanks for the reply, I have checked the polarity of the signal cable by swapping them but nothing changed. I had find the actual problem. The ramps D8 is continually giving 12v output when the bed temp is set to 0 degree which results into automatically heating up. Where as the D9 and D10 are giving 0V when they are set at 0. Is there is any setting for it in Marlin Firmware.by Abdul Mannan - RAMPS Electronics
Thanks for reply and I have check the tabs they are fine. The problem is the same.by Abdul Mannan - RAMPS Electronics
Hello. I had made prusa i3 and facing some problem. As I turn on my 3d printer the heatbed automatically start heating up without setting up the Max temperature. For reference i had upload the picture of my lcd(heatbed.png) after few minutes the 3d printer was on . I have 12V, MK3 Aluminum Heatbed and connected through heatbed power module. I had also upload Marlin Firmware. I hope if anyone canby Abdul Mannan - RAMPS Electronics

Thanks a lot. I had forget Jumper to put. Now X, Y, and Z axis are working fine but now the Extruder stepper motor is not responding. I had check the stepper motor by pluging into x axis place, It works but when I put x-axis stepper motor in the place of extruder on ramp 1.4 it doesn't works. I had also tested the stepper driver but that is also fine. In extruder I had also plug in jumpers so thby Abdul Mannan - Mechanics

Thanks for your reply. I had define stepper configured and also #define FIX_MOUNTED_PROBE but the problem remain the same. The noise is coming but X, Y and X axis are not moving. This 3d printer is Prusa i3 (RepRap).by Abdul Mannan - Mechanics
Hello, a few days ago I had assembled a 3d printer using Ramp 1.4 and Arduino Mega 2560. After installing Marlin firmware, I had opened pronterface and tried to move X,Y or Z axis but it make noise and doesn't move. I had not install heated bed yet but hotend is working fine. When I click X,Y or Z homing it gives an Error printer halted. kill() called!. All the endstop is opened but not triggereby Abdul Mannan - RAMPS Electronics
