I found the reason of error
The u8glib has been updated so this is the main reason of errors.
You have to download latest release of marlin and (which atm is 1.1.0) and rewrite your configuration from before.
Now it work as it should!
Hope this is helpful to anybody with same problems.

Unless you are using a 0.1mm nozzle your problem should be pretty obvious by the settings pics you posted!
How about setting the extrusion width to something that is about 10% - 30% more than your nozzle diameter ?
So i set default extrusion width to 0.4 mm?

Hello again,
thanks for all answers. The problem is not with speed i guess cause I already played with speeds and lowered them down few days ago.
Atm im trying to give bigger temperature on nozzle. Now is 190, I'll try 200 or 210 celsiums.
My Slic3r version is 1.2.9.
I attached some images of my settings in print settings --> advanced and speed

Please tell me which drivers you use and which board.
I used 2 pcs of 40x40 fans on the top of drivers to prevent overheating.

Check your drivers of stepper motors, there is potentiometer maybe you got it to low,
It's possible that drivers are overheating and it makes offsets.
I had same problem and solved it with those two hints.
