Okay,
I don't know exactly where to change the code, I'd have to check the source.
But I'd prefer to do it in the Repetier-Firmware 0.90alpha.
So, if you are willing to install and configure the Repetier-Firmware (you can use the actual version 0.83), I would see what I can do.

Okay, you have to set all the settings again, but this isn't difficult.
1. Goto to repetier.com > Repetier-Firmware
2. There you'll find instructions for the installation and settings.
Try it and if you need help, upload your modified Configuration.h to the reprap Forum (Attach a file, Choose File, Attach).
You'll need a couple of hours to learn how it works but a the end you will be able t

Hi NoValidTitle,
Could you specify your Set-up:

Did you buy your Printer with the Firmware installed?

1. Repetier-Firmware > Configuration.h
#define EXT0_STEPS_PER_MM 1387 // setting for MakerGear Plastruder
2. Slicer Settings
If your setting in Configuration.h is correct for your Extruder, modify the Slicer-Settings (e.g. Slic3r)

Which Registry-Value did you change?
I've found these blank entries:
"slic3rPrint"=""
"slic3rPrinter"=""
"slic3rFilament1"=""
"slic3rFilament2"=""
"slic3rFilament3"=""
"skeinforgeProfile"=""

"slic3rExecutable"=""

... I was searching for a value like this:
"defaultHeatedBedTemp"=""
But I didn't find any. Maybe Repetier can find the wrong value in your Repetier.reg.
I'll come back tomorrow.
Good night!

... in regedit you should goto HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Repetier
- select the Repetier folder (click it)
- goto to Menu > File > Export "Repetier.reg" (approx. 6.5 KB )
Use Attach a file > Choose File > Repetier.reg
and click Attach
to upload to reprap forum.

NO! do not delete the blue folders!
I could check your Registry-Key if you like.
Just run regedit. Goto HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Repetier
Click in Menu > File > Export to a file e.g. Repetier.reg
and upload Repetier.reg to the reprap forum.

What exactly did you erase?
....

Obviously you did not erase the "Default Heated Bed Temperature", it was set to 95!

I've just tested it with Repetier-Host Mac 0.56 without extruder and without any Temp sensors. It works for me.
After connecting the printer I clicked first and then Run.
