I drive first "Z" home. "Z" is open. Then I drive "Y" home. Then I try to send M119, but there is no answer. I disconnect the connection and restore it. Then I send M119 and get this message:
X_min: open y_min: triggered z_max: open.
On my video is to see how it reaches "Y" end stops and stops. Unfortunately, it does not react anymore and only buzzes loudly. If the end stops were not

When the bed reach the terminal switches send M119 command and see what protenrface will return..
They must be triggered.. Also do that when bed is not in terminal switches.. They should be "opened"
Of course that depends from the type and connection of your switches.. If they are NO or NC
Even though you should check if their state is changing when are active..

i didnt notice this thread before i post a new thread.... Teacup Problems-issues
here is what i have written there (also i attached some pictures from my configurations)
Hi
i am running as small 3d printer i made with Teacup Firmware Branch-Master
I tried to use my 3d printer with Repetier-Host but had a lot of issues so i am testing it with Pronterface that works ok
With pronterface

Ok i find what make freeze the temperature reading
is the M116 command in Gcode (M116 ; wait for temperature to be reached )
But why and what can be done to fix that ? for now i have disable this command just to make printer continue printing for test proposes (without filament.. just to watch stepper movements )
Also i noticed that i am loosing stepps in motors when in the pronterfa

i have some issues
1) some times for no reason it looses steps

ok problem solved...
i changed the pin in configuration file... but also i saw that it wasnt necessary to be a PWM pin in order the heater work..
Analog pin can be used also as it is default in the Teacup firmware

Firmware - mainstream and related support
ok after some experiments with mosfet and arduino + heater i saw that for the heater it is not necessary to be connected in a PWM pin as it just open and close the voltage to achieve target temperature .
so Analog pin can work also for heater extruder

ok solved, i find the solution
so i post it here if any one in the future has the same problem
the file that should open in an editor in the teacup folder is the ''temp.c''
and in the line 619-620 :
''
#ifdef REPORT_TARGET_TEMPS
sersendf_P(PSTR("/"));
''
have to add a space before /
be like that :
''
#ifdef REPORT_TARGET_TEMPS
sersendf_P(PSTR(" /"));
''
then compi

Hi i had one problem with the teacup firmware and Repetier-host
the program can display the tempature from thermistor
with the help from the repetier-host forum the '' support '' find the problem
''As I said host does not understand it only knows it has set temperature. If you can add a space so that
T:23.25/200.0
becomes
T:23.25 /200.0''
so i have to make teacup has a space between

hi
i imagine that a ic2 lcd screen could be added as there are available the pins for that (analog pin A4,A5 for sda and scl)
in the other hand i dont think that you could connect and sd card reader as most modules need the DI pins 10,11,12,13 ( MOSI, SCK, MISO and CS)
and the pins 10,11 are used all ready for the limit switches

Hi
I want to use the teacup firmware with Arduino Uno and a CNC shield V. 3 board
In the configuration file of the board for the heater in extruder has only to choose the AI03 pin that is an analog pin in Arduino uno
In the other hand as far as I know in order to connect and control the heater element (needs 12v supply) you need to connected through a Mosfet and a Pwm pin of an arduino..

Hi
as i am using Arduino Uno and a cnc shield V3 for my project i try to configure the pins to connect the heater for my hotend
In the control panel shows the Heater declares the pin AI02 that is an Analog pin in Arduino uno and doesnt have PWM
The problem is that doesn't allow you to change that and choose one PWM pin to connect the Mofset that will control the Heat element

Hi
as i am having some backlash in my stepper motors that i am using for a project i making i want to know if there is any solution about it in firmware..
i show that one solution is to add M99 code in Gcoded sliced object with the hysteriss for each axle
ex : M99 X0 Y0.2 Z0 E0
but as i am experimenting on Teacup firmware for the moment i show that this is not possible.. gives me E: BAD M

Hi
i would like to build a small delta printer with UNO
i downloaded and used the Branch ''Delta'' that has the kinematics for Delta setup
I Managed to upload the firmware to my Arduino uno but when i am trying to connect with the Pronterface it stacks in the message that it is connecting ..... but never Has
i tryied with different Baud rate , with the XON/XOFF selection but alw

Could be the baudrate. I'm not 100% sure, but try 57600.
Wow !!! you are my saver
that was the problem
when i changed the Baudrate in teacup edit/settings from 115200 to 57600 , problem solved
Thanks for the help

Hi
i am trying to upload teacup in arduino Nano but have no luck with that..
from the board section i have choose cnc shiled v3 and for cpu the atmega 328p
in the ''edit / settings'' i choose the ''arduino'' for AVR Programmer as the standard stk500 was giving me always error with : time out connection
the problem is that when i am trying tou upload it in a Arduino Nano boa
