Pointedstick I'm using a Prusa Mendel with a Sanguinololu 1.3a. Host software is Pronterface Win7. Sprinter works. Marlin beta 1 compiler error when motherboard 62. Slic3r 0.5.0 creates gcode file that is empty. Do you have sample folder for both that work?by fteo88 - Firmware - experimental, borrowed, and future
Since it is a BRAND NEW nozzle still blob and string, try looking at the feeder. I had a similar problem a while ago and it turns out the locking set screw on the extruder drive gear drive gear was slipping off the motor shaft. I just remill the the motor shaft and the set screw locks the drive gear. Now it extrudes on 0.3mm nozzle with 3mm filament.by fteo88 - Reprappers

I had a similar problem where the circles comes out flat on Y axis similar to your pic. Solved the problem: the Y carriage was binding at both ends. Thanks for the Gcode, I will mod it with start.gcode for now. I went to the SFACT github public repository and "ahmetcemturan authored November 03, 2011" - How do I get to the daily branch?by fteo88 - Skeinforge
Sorry - daily was 4 days ago Chamber contains turn on & off bed & extruder. I am looking for auto print start once extruder temp and/or bed temp reaches. The way it works now is to wait for the temp tor each set point then manually push print. Looking for push print but wait till temp is reached then auto print. Another method is to delay start.gmc 5minutes then auto print.by fteo88 - Skeinforge
OK, thanks it is working. Can't find a way to start printing once the temperature of the nozzle And/Or bed reaches the set temp in SFACT or Pronterface? All I could see was a timer code. That is less efficient if the temp is still fairly high after a print or if I use a dual resistor heater block instead of one. I have multiple nozzles and heater blocks sizes and resistors. Great program.by fteo88 - Skeinforge
Ahmet Is there a feature that moves the nozzle to a coord when the print is completed? I am usually away when the print is completed and both the nozzle and the bed turn off as soon as the print finishes. So the nozzle sticks to the print and creates a depression when removed. Thanks.by fteo88 - Skeinforge
Pronterface SD card printing 1. Load file button for .stl Skeining or .gcode loading to Pronterface. 2. SD upload button to your SD micro card (slow). OR pull the card out of SL and copy the gcode (8.3 format) file to the microSD from PC to the card. Place the card back to SL. 3. SD print button to select file from SL microSD that you want to print.by fteo88 - Sanguino(lolu)

Thanks I'll reread a few wikis. Just received the Arduino 2560.by fteo88 - RAMPS Electronics
I am a newbie with RAMPS. I have been using Sanguinolulu for about 3 months w. Sprinter and Pronterface. I ran this on Prusa Mendel. Before I start firmware update the RAMPS, I have a few questions that I can't find on wiki or here. Is the configuration.h for motherboard 33 for RAMPS 1.4? Sprinter list up to RAMPS 1.3 motherboard as 33. On Arduino 022 the board selection should be my Arduino Meby fteo88 - RAMPS Electronics
Maybe Joem can chime in once we know what we need on SL. Pins etc for SL 1.4 next gen. It would be really nice if it can work with 1.2 or 1.3a.by fteo88 - Sanguino(lolu)

Nice start. I can add to it once it is public. I didnt use any resistors at all per your suggestion - direct wire.by fteo88 - Sanguino(lolu)
The FTDI can provide 5V power to SL even if the 644P is blank. We can communicate with SL 644P (blank) via the MOSI et. al. pins with DAPA. However, direct communication between FTDI & 644P isn't possible without bootloader. Once bootloaded that FTDI-644p route is open. So DAPA method uses the back door communication to 644P on SL to bootload. I don't know much about FTDI except it is a USB-by fteo88 - Sanguino(lolu)

Running SL 1.2 with the newly bootloaded 644P.by fteo88 - Sanguino(lolu)
Personally, I think that we should be able to booload from a completed (soldered) SL. Afterall, the SL has a built in FTDI usb connection and fully wired with power and routed MOSI, MISO et. al. The 16Mhz crystal that we took advantage using Parallel port method is installed with the rest of the capacitors and resistors. Instead with DAPA method - I needed an old laptop (almost forgot the passwoby fteo88 - Sanguino(lolu)
