I have a Prusa i3 with a RAMPS 1.4 board. I think I have two problems that may be related, but I'm hoping I can work around them. Firstly, I'm pretty sure the FET running my heated bed has failed, so I remapped my heat bed to the D9 output in pins.h. That was working okay, but the fuse was overheating from powering the hot end and the heat bed together. So, I wired the heated bed through a relaby james123 - General Mendel Topics
Had a bad nozzle jam a few months ago and had a rough time disassembling my Magma hotend for my Makerfarm i3. I think I slightly pinched the metal tube connecting the nozzel and the heatsink. Since then I've had issues with filament jams part way into prints. I'm thinking the heat traveling up the filament is causing it to expand in the tube and because its slightly pinched, its jamming. While the instructions were generally clear, it did take me a while to figure out that I needed to jumper Vcc and 5V on my RAMPS board to power the servo. If you bought your machine in a kit like I did you may not realize this.by james123 - General Mendel Topics

Wow this is great, leveling my bed has been such a nightmare, I switch between several glass plates and have to re-level every time. I'd like to implement this but I'm having some issues. I've followed the instructions on github, but I'm not sure how to actually get it to work. After I home, it reports the position as X:0.00Y:0.00Z:7.70E:0.00 Count X: 0.00Y:0.00Z:7.70 with the Z parameter coby james123 - General Mendel Topics
