HI.. Welcome to the world of reprap.. I can supply all your needs if you are looking at RAMPS. I have in stock RAMPS 1.3 assembled, mega 1280, stepper drivers, 70oz motors. I also sell hobbed bolts for your extruder. A full set with all you listed would cost $300.00 posted. HI.. The best way I found was to buy some small brass tube (K&S Brass) from your local hobby shop. Cut it by rolling it under a sharp hobby knife, once done use a pair of wire cutters to gently grimp the lead and the wire, then cover with heat shrink All up you can grinp about 30 leads and it's cheap. HI.. All you need to know is Openscad/RAMPS/Pronterface/Skeinforge/Sprinter/Prusa Openscad to desgin your files and save as STL Pronterface/Skeinforge is the host and gcoder converter, Let me explain, if you use Pronterface and have Skeinforge installed in the Pronterface root dir you can load your STL via Pronterface and they will be converted and loaded ready for you to press print. HI.. Welcome aboard. Instead of a mendle you would be better off building a Prusa and running with RAMPS, there a re a few benfits of doing so and the biggest is the cost. Australian suppliers A Prusa is a cheaper and fast printer to build plus it uses less parts. I own a Prusa and I'm very happy with it. Hey.. I brought in some ground M8 rods from the UK and used both silicone spray and PTFE grease on the rods but PLS bushing worn down very quickly. I also think that it was because of the weigt on the Y carrige, I was running 3 peices of 6mm MDF, 2mm Alum and 4mm Glass. Now I run LM8UU on the X and Y axis and felt on Z axis and now use 2mm Alum for the frog and bed with 3mm glass. Since doingby Auzze - Australia, Melbourne RUG
