I've figure out a solution in case anyone was wondering.... in the firmware I lowered the max current and increased the PID functional range. This worked for me. If this still isn't working I plan to turn off PIDTEMP and just use Bang Bang.by msandersmay10 - General
Hi, I'm having problems with my lcd controller. The main issue is with the hot end temperature control. The issue is that the set temperature is overshot everytime and fluctuates rapidly. I've autotuned with pronterface with no luck. The issue doesn't happen when I attach it to my laptop only when attached to the lcd controller. I never had this problem when I first got the item and am wondby msandersmay10 - General
Hi, I'm having trouble trying to get a small part to maintain its hold onto the heated bed. About 30% into the print the hotend will knock it off. I'm printing with PLA and have tried pretty much everything from turning the heated bed up high to not having it on at all. Does anyone have any suggestions? thanks Kyleby msandersmay10 - Reprappers
Hi, Does anyone have a definite answer to this question? Like most people I have checked that the D1 diode is connected. I load the file from the pronterface but when I disconnect my usb cord it stops. SD support is enable in the printer firmware. thanks msandersmay10by msandersmay10 - General

Here's how to fix it.... 1. Go to arduino.cc download the arduino 0023 version 2. Go to . Hit the zip button to download a zip file 3. Paste the sanguino file from github into the arduino-0023>hardware file 4. In the arduino-0023 file go to arduino-0023>hardware>tools>avr>etc. 5. Delete the avrdude.conf file and paste in the avrdude file from the github: sanguino1284p-master&gby msandersmay10 - Reprappers

Hi, I was wondering if there's a way to check if your bootloader has been installed? I'm having troubles with installing the firmware and want to backtrack to confirm whether the usbasp correctly installed the bootloader. thanks msandersmay10by msandersmay10 - Controllers
Can someone address this problem. Were still having problems. Does it have anything to do with the bootloader? Thanks Matthewby msandersmay10 - Reprappers
Hi, I'm trying to build a reprap from scratch instead of buying the parts. I was wondering what you guys did to make them. I've been experimenting with a couple software programs but haven't found a good one to print 2d patterns of the 3d structures. Thanks Mattby msandersmay10 - General New Machines Topics
