Hello.
I made another picture of solid part and it can be seen, that there is the same problem. Shells are too far apart.
Is there parameter that can correct that? I know, that probably I can solve that with more material, but I think it is better to put head paths more together to get part solid.
Thank you and best regards.

Hello again.
I would like to thank all for help that you offer before.
At attached picture you can see, that when printing thin layers (that are wider as one print layer of around 0,8mm - so let say 1,5mm thick) machine does not fill the space between.
Any suggestions what to write to (I think those two parameters are responsible - but I'm not sure) Carve - Perimeter Width over Thickness (curre

The same problem here.
I made extruder my self - it is simillar to V9 m**p** extruder and extrudes ABS for weeks withouth any problems.
Then I switchet to green PLA and it jamed, so I made anther extruder - clean one and it jamed again - I tried ewery possible temperatures - from 190 to 230°C. I can print let say 0,5cm of something small - after that james it self.
I also tried to switch back to

Hello
I notice, that in some cases interior of my parts is not filed with pattern, but there are some random layers, that are full.
I cannot say what is the coase for that but sims preaty random to mi - first 2 full, then 6 pattern, then 2 full, then 12 pattern, then 8 full,....

What to do?

Hello
I'm using Pronterface (simple and good) - version unknown :-) (realy dont know where to look).
It prints good - but, sometimes, when I print large files (G code 45M it yust stops - OK it also stops sometimes for a moment or two, but at large prints it stops and I get that massage (figure attached).
Printer stops there and does not start. If somebody is there and pushes ''Pause'' and ''Re

Hi Dave
Actually to put it in center you need to measure your working space and divide it by 2 and write that in to Center - then if yo heave Number of cells 1 you get your part printed in the middle. This is not problematic and actuality done good.
If somebody can add working space dimensions, then this can be done automatic.
Nobody else head problems with too big parts being printed?

One more thing.
I'm printing with support some parts and my setting for raft margin is 10mm - some times support goes to the edge of my raft - is there a way to say, when i print suport i need my raft to be 10mm biger then support?

Hello
I still hope, that there will be a solution for us, who want to develop multi material/colour extruders to switch between them.
And there is another thing - is there a possibility to add real machine working cube dimensions - sometimes it heppends, that I forgot to see the dimensions, and at the end machine crashes. I think that a simple readings of STL coordinates and comparyne min and m

Is there any hope to see implementation of 2, 3 or more heads - extrudors?
I'm working on multiple extrudors design (wel I will in couple of weeks) an want to print colored parts with 3 extrudors.....
And yes - i know the limitations of STL files not containing color signature (at least not in most cases) - but 3 materials - one support and two for different parst done at once... can be done...

Since there is no reply .... can you post yours start.Gcode?
Or you just preheat your reprap before first print?
Othervise I'm using GEN6 electronic....if this shood be important.

Hello
I'm heawing some problems with start.gcode.
Temperature is not reached - it is set to 240°C, but after around 175°C is reached it goes to next step - and that means, that I cannot start to extrude....

Hello
I need to create a G code from a large STL (I combned couple of STLs to print it together). It takes a long time (I know, that is shood) but at the end I just getting that error and G code is not writen. I got picture of 3D path (but not 2D path by layers) and a Memory error as seen on attached picture.
Any ideas - I heawe no problems with small simple parts (wel at least not that kind of

Hello
I recently updated design of my ''Mendel''. I switch position of optoendstop from left to right and just change motor polarity, so it goes in the opposite way. So you can see what my problem is, now I'm printing mirrored parts (especially problematic when some letters are on the surface and you need to read from right to left).
What is the simplest way to correct that (without changing bac

Just another question for all your Skeinforge experts - after printing raft printer head does another free round around raft - I know, that is ment for cooling down raft - but where the heck can I turn this OFF :-) ?

Hello
I manage to get good G code from latest Skeinforge version. I build Mendel (more or less :-) )
Is there a way to print directly from Skeinforge, or without RepRap host software? Some other reliable software - if possible small in size and design.
Regards from Slovenia.
