I find the problem, when I start the print with the extruder not yet with the right temperature I get lot of "preventing low temperature extrusion", so it start extruding after some number of command corresponding to the number of warnings. I solved waiting for the right temperature before printing.

I have this issue with the first layer: the extruder move to position, start moving along perimeter and the loop without extruding then start the some infill without extruding. Only after 2 or 3 infill segments the extrusion starts.
The gcode seems ok, so I don't find the issue. I get the same if I add a skirt.

So I presume that since you tried it out and it worked for you that you added it to the list? No? Well why not? There's your answer.
My guess is that it's not on the list as the results are not highly repeatable. Every time you scrape off a print you're going to be changing the surface, much more so then a metal, acrylic, or glass bed. Other issues are easily gouged, inability to use

I think someone already try this. However I'd like to post my experience.
After trying different solution for the bed I try to print directly on plywood with very good results: good adesion and easy to remove with a sharp knife.
Looking at the results I ask myself why this solution is not in the list of reprap possible bed.
I'm using a 12 mm multi-layer that is manufactured with very good surface

The problem was, the "minimum layer time" too high.

I'm using Skeinforge for a few days and I noticed an issue with the feed rate/speed: when I set the feed rate this is correct only in the solid layers, in the others the program set a speed lower then the feed rate. This speed is different with the same gcode generates on different computers(11mm/s, 5mm/s). This speed increase with higher level of infill solidity, reaching the feed rate with 1.0

Did you try to move the stl in an other location?
