Has anyone else noticed a lot of wobble in the bearings on the X-Axis? On mine the bearings are so loose that I can wobble the extruder around with my hands.by Dr. Bogger - General

I finished the Belt Tensioners for Both the X and Y Axis. I also modified a X Belt Clamp I found on thingiverse. I made it stronger by adding Zip Tie Support. Belt Tensioners: X-Belt Holder: Enjoy!by Dr. Bogger - General

Try hooking up the bed directly to the 12v power supply, and monitor temp to see if it goes higher then 40cby Dr. Bogger - General

Once you get the steps per mm figured out, please let me know what they are! I am in the process of designing a belt tensioner for the X & Y Axes. I already have the Y Axis complete and working, but the X Axis is gonna be a tough one. I'm trying to place it behind the extruder, but theres not much room to work with back there.by Dr. Bogger - General

I am also missing the card reader. I checked in the controller board, and it's not in there either. I am missing like 3 things from the kit, but nothing major, except the SD Card with the documents on it.by Dr. Bogger - General

I purchased the Aworldnet A600 on eBay, and I received it today, but it is missing the 2GB TF Card (Micro SD Card) which contains the assembly instructions and all the documentation. Can someone please zip the contents of the TF Card and send it to me? I do not know where to begin with the assembly, and I really want to get started on it! Thanks, Seanby Dr. Bogger - General

It is a 6-wire, but I have it wired as BiPolar. I have checked the resistance, and it's aprox. 1.3 Ohms per coil. I have not tried running it half-coil yet.. Should I? The LiPo battery I am using is 11.1 Volts. Any other suggestions?by Dr. Bogger - Stepper Motors, Servo Motors, DC Motors

It's not a firmware issue, as I already checked that, This stepper motor is 3.6 degree step angle, so it has a larger stride than most motors. This motor so I was told, was custom made for IBM.by Dr. Bogger - Stepper Motors, Servo Motors, DC Motors

It was indeed a 90 degree angle. I can hear the "clicks" inside the motor, however, the motors seem to resist the micro-stepping.by Dr. Bogger - Stepper Motors, Servo Motors, DC Motors

I am having a problem with MicroStepping my stepper motors.. I took a video.. watch for yourself, and tell me what you think the problem might be. Stepper Motor Details: MFG: SHINANO P/N: STH-39G120 NEMA: 16 COIL: 1.2 ohm TYPE: 2 Phase Uni-Polar 6 lead 3.6 Degree step angle. 5mm dia.
