It's a true story which happend on my customer - 11 years ago

I am a seller of reprap 3d printer. I have a customer from Israeli, he purchased a huxely 3d printer from me . After a few days, this news posted and everyone know 3d printer can print gun . At this time my customer's parcel arrived at Israeli, The custom office thought he will print weapon by this mahcine and don't give him parcel. That is so stupid . My customer very angry and complaind .

That must be damaged while shipping ,and because of seller bad packing . I happend once , it broken on the top left corner. But from your picture, I can be sure there is no problem about PCB board, The damage place has no electric circuit. It's okay . Don't worry , it won't influence anything.

It depends on your printer, what is suiltable? Or you can change a nozzle or hot end and try 1.75mm filament . Now most people would like 1.75mm . You can chose which you like . The most important is it's quality . Is there anything else material for reprap machine except ABS and PLA? I wanner try something else material .

My heat platform is alminium , Most times , I will attache a high temperature tap on platform. Adjust distance between nozzle and platform at 0.3-0.4mm . In this way , the material will attache on the platform very well . People can try this methodes.

I use this kind of nozzle . I think it's very good . Not easy get block . Have 0.36 and 0.5 size . Can print 0.02 precision . Look at my printing model : It's very good .
