A friend messed up and bought the wrong diameter filament for his printer. Any chance anyone is looking for 2x 1kg reels of Taulman 645 1.75mm in black? One reel is unopened in its bag and the other was opened only to realize it wouldn't work in his printer. Each reel was $40. He's open to trading for 2x 1kg 2.85/3mm Taulman 910 or 2x 1kg or 1x 5lb reel of Village plastics ABS or a mix of 910 andby supersurfer92 - For Sale

I'm not aware of many other companies that sell printers with 300mm^2 beds, but I do know that Lulzbot uses PET bought from 3Mby supersurfer92 - General

Do you think the mdf could be treated with some high temp epoxy to keep moisture out and extend its life as an insulator? I'm curious since it would be nice to have a hotend that can handle polycarbonate and the higher temp print range for nylon(currently running a budaschnozzle 1.3 and want to play w/ polycarb) without a PEEK insulator meltdownby supersurfer92 - Plastic Extruder Working Group

Glad to hear! The entire fleet will have been upgraded to AO-100s by the end of this week. They are actually fairly low maintenance, I help with shipping and various odds and ends between prints and only have to make minor adjustments through the day.
