Habs 1.3a Sanguinololu. mfg Chriby Chri - Software
You can only find out if resistors are damaged or your powersupply is faulted by measuring them with a voltmeter (v / ohm) but 22V is a little bit to high for the 120W powersupply , reduce the Voltage to 21 or 20 and try again if it is working again. mfg Chriby Chri - General Mendel Topics
Quote> Is "m220" simply the instruction for adjusting > print speed in general or is it specificly for > "small area" or "top of print"? for example a M220 S75 will slowdown the complete printing process (all Steppers) to 75% of the original speed until you tell your printer with an addition M220 S100 to make all movements again with 100% of the given speed. Quote As I mentioned someby Chri - General Mendel Topics
If you have the Top part of your printing object becomes very tiny you can simply slow down the printer . Just type "m220 S75" to print at only 75% of the original speed, or a lower value if you want to print slower, this works also with values higher than 100% You can type this in the lower right field of pronterface mfg Chriby Chri - General Mendel Topics
What setup are you using Harbi ? Slicer settings, nozzle, bed temperature ? Before printing very large objects , the printer (Slicer settings) should be calibrated to get for example a 30x30x10mm cube at 100% infill out with not too much and not less material. always start with to much material and then go lower not from less to more. mfg Chriby Chri - General Mendel Topics
The 120W Powersupply either is a supply with regulation (12-24V) or fixed with an higher voltage than 12v (i think it was 20V or so) The 70W Powersupply was also some times one with regulation. For what i can see on your picture you probably have connected it with the wrong polarity, the positive pole is the lower pin on the Picture , not the upper !. You can find a "+" sign at the board whereby Chri - General Mendel Topics
loool, no i´m not camiel i`m just a Orca owner from Austria. I can understand camiel when people are buying stuff from other places (at full price ! ) and the pissed off and calling camiel that the "product" is different and/or does not have the same quality that they thougth they have bougth ... i already was talking with camiel for some time and he i not angry about it if other people are seby Chri - For Sale
I`m sorry to say that, but what you are selling here ist NOT a genuine or a modified (nor better?) V0.40 from Mendelparts ... (maybe a Makemendel clone? ) Even the stock V40 came with T2,5 belt / Alu Pulley and there are serval other things that are different from your "V40" And last but not least the actual model is the V42 with significant upgrades ( when it comes to your searched price ) mby Chri - For Sale
You don`t have to solder the Powersupplies into the green connectors, they have a screw for it if you look closer From your gen6Deluxe picture : its right the four-Pin connector ist for heatbed/thermistor ("F". the two Pins on the left are for the Bed "5" the two on the right side for the thermistor. "4" and don`t forget to thighten up your X-belt mfg Chriby Chri - General Mendel Topics
Oh okay, i thought the "infill every N Layers" make a normal full infill every "N" Layer , so i never tried its thx mfg Chriby Chri - Slic3r
i have sometimes the problem that the Z-Lift (begin/end of the perimeter) is on the front or an not so nice place of an object. Is it possible to force slicer to make the Z-lift on a certan angel of the object (seen the layers as circle) ? for example to set an degree angle where the lift should happen, to move the seam to a not so obvious place ? mfg Chriby Chri - Slic3r
Hy guy`s I`m printing with a 0,3mm nozzle and noticed that i can also print 0,5mm width with it without problems (for example at 0,2mm layer height) my thought was to change the the width of the infill for speeding up the printing process ? or even make a feature like Skeinforge`s "Skin" to do two layer perimeter on the outside but only one big Layer of Infill on layers that don`t change. I only can recommend every Orca owner to change the Extruder to a wade with a high quality bolt. like or ) With this upgrade the printer is running like hell I tried alot of wades out but i came to the only solution to build my own derivate for the Orca: The metal plate on the picture of the wade is only necessary when the carriage is also changed. Ja stimmt da hast recht, mir is da letztens auch ziemlich grausiges vors Auge gekommen. Hmm, at this state i would try a second Pc, either the current PC (or OS) is the problem, or the board could really be faulty Do you have any other "reprap" guy near you where you can test the the board or your PC on it ? mfg Chriby Chri - General Mendel Topics
Set it to the comport of the printer (com3 seems to be a "default" port, it should be the other port shown) Adruino has no baud rate to set ? Printrun needs to set to 250000 baud. mfg Chriby Chri - General Mendel Topics
If the Gen6 is already found as Com-Port device you don`t need another driver. If you downloaded Adruino0023 you need to copy the "Sangunio" addon into the "hardware" Subfolder and then change the Board within the Software to "Sanguino w/ ATmega 664p" (can be found in camiel`s big zip). Also set the right com-Port. Now you should be able to Upload the Firmware. (there are serval guides alreadyby Chri - General Mendel Topics
Gen6 (Deluxe) does not have Fan controlling, its always running on 12V You can set the 120W PSU to 20Volt, this will speed up the heating process are you printing ABS oder PLA ? mfg Chri p.s. if you have some specific orca questions you can ask us at the irc- channel #reprap.deby Chri - General Mendel Topics
