Hi welcome to an amazing world i faced same problem first time homing this is my post: in the 5th reply ANDY wrote: Your endstop configuration is working o.k although you seem to have your switches wired NO I.e they go closed circuit when you operate them. That's o.k though because you have the logic set to 'true'. The acid test is what happens when you send M119. As per your post all seemsby LB-3D - Delta Machines

Dear jaguarking11 I saw your blog (nice one), and sorry for what happened, its a real pane that small things can delay a full project for your end-stops it seem to be the one i am using mine is geeetech clone which is mechanical end-stops v 1.2 exactly this one in this image 4 pin in the mechanical end-stops (without any mark) should connect to 3 pin in ramp 2 of them are (+) and (-) (scaryby LB-3D - Delta Machines
did you check if all jumper has metal inside? sometime they come without (faulty) i am not an expert but if you are sure its board problem and you can not ask for replacement then i think it is possible to use second extruder as y (for you) so we should ask experts how to adjust this in firmware regardsby LB-3D - Delta Machines
for me when i did not install jumpers on my ramps all motor did same noise did you check if there is damaged jumper under y stepper driver? regardsby LB-3D - Delta Machines
Mike glad that you got it homing (i can imagine how nice when first homing correctly ) BTW, how do I manually find the Z distance? i believe that for delta printer its slightly different as i know once homing this mean X = 0 bed center Y = 0 bed center Z= Distance between nozzle and print surface after homing (positive value) you should measure Distance between nozzle and print surface afteby LB-3D - Delta Machines
Dear Mike (i am not an expert but i'll try) first, is the marlin you'r using the latest one? i found many difference between what i have and urs (i dwl the latest for my delta) there is many things in ur config file and i think you should adjust first: #define TEMP_SENSOR_1 -1 if you dont have (thermocouple with AD595) change the value to 0 #define TEMP_SENSOR_1 0 second: you have #defineby LB-3D - Delta Machines

- 12 years agoDear Andy i tried to configured pronterface without any success still considering center of the bed as origin so i adjust slic3r and put a command in the starting of the G-code G1 X -100 Y -100 and it works maybe this is not the right way but at least i enjoined last night plotting with my printer with a pen (did't get my plastic yet ) Really its amazing i will retry to adjust pronterby LB-3D - Delta Machines

- 12 years agodaveb500 / imyz many thanks for your replies i tried REPETIER and face same exact problem i cleared EEPROM nothing change if i invert the logic of my endstops it seems the result not as expected ***SENDING M119 result :*** All endstops free: Reporting endstop status x_max: TRIGGERED y_max: TRIGGERED z_max: TRIGGERED in this case if i do homing all axes jump few mm and stop any suggestion thby LB-3D - Delta Machines
