Would anyone be willing to post their full working Repetier Host firmware as a zip file? I have tried configuring via the configuration tool (http://www.repetier.com/firmware/v092/) but it always chokes on verify. I also tried a config.h that was posted on here (tried .91 & .92) but it does not seem to compile. Thanks!by Plasticmonkey - Delta Machines
I had that problem and posted it on here ... I increased the extruder stepper to .85 and solved the need to 'manually feed'. I also got this on ebay which added further improvement and easier maintenance..by Plasticmonkey - Delta Machines
Quotemmcginnis9272 I increased my stepper voltage to .65v to get it to feed well. Since the Extruder motor is larger than the other 3 motors, the extra surface area dissapates heat better, it can handle more current and stillstay cool (The Folgertech manual voltage adjustment should be higher for this motor). You could even go higher than .65v if needed. The only risk you run is having the Polby Plasticmonkey - Delta Machines
Extruder question... My extruder does not want to pull filament through unless I give it an extra push. It's not clogged, it's just like it does not have enough strength to pull it (it just wiggles back n forth) but if I add pressure it does feed as expected. I did measure the voltage at .55 as specified. I also tried a new stepper board thinking it may be faulty but same behavior. Any ideas?by Plasticmonkey - Delta Machines
QuoteMakerFront Quoteputnam777 Apologies for the double-post... I haven't gotten the autolevel to work with Marlin FW at all. When I was using the Repetier FW, it worked fine, yet it didn't print nearly as well as the Marlin FW does. When I enter the G29 code, the steppers go nuts and the head swings wildly. It clearly isn't working properly... I've changed the grid size from 20 to 0 in the confby Plasticmonkey - Delta Machines
Still having challenges getting mine to just auto home. I have tried making every combination of flipping motor wires without luck, inverting in firmware, wired and rewired, and tripled checked voltage. I suspect the firmware and/or rails. So, sorry for the newbie questions (at the brink of my frustrations)... 1) How may I confirm how many teeth my motors are? 2) one of my rails is a littleby Plasticmonkey - Delta Machines
Quoteiceman62 Has anyone setup the 12864 LCD with the marlin firmware? If yes can you share what is define in the sketch to get it to work? I got my 12864 working by just un-commenting out the line below and installing the u8glib library in the arduino IDE... #define REPRAP_DISCOUNT_FULL_GRAPHIC_SMART_CONTROLLER but not sure if I am the best to give advice since I am still stuck on calibratingby Plasticmonkey - Delta Machines
I have been trying for a few hours to get auto-home to work. I have quadruple-checked the wiring, cable stress, required lengths reflected in the firmware, etc but it always does X perfect, Y good ( when near the top) and then Z drops. I have tried inverting each axis (#define INVERT_Z_DIR) but it only helped the Y axis. example: I followed the manual to the letter, but since this is my firsby Plasticmonkey - Delta Machines
I am patiently waiting for my Kossel to ship. May I ask everyone how long was build time (from start to actual printing)? Sounds like everyone needs to spend a decent amount of time working through the unique 'kinks'.by Plasticmonkey - Delta Machines
