Dear Dust, I measured the resistance of my heater cartage and its value is around 4.9 Ω. Based on your reference, the heater cartage is for 12 V. My controller board is Arduino Mega 2560+ RAMPS 1.4 and the hotend is connected in the port D10. About the configuration of the thermistor, I had tried 1, 5 and 11, but the results are same. Hello everyone, My machine always can't reach the temperature above 170 oC. This event happened after I replaced a J-head hotend by a E3d V6. I did renew the firmware "Marlin". The printer is working fun except that his hotend can't reach the temperature above 170 oC. I did run the "M303" PID autotune with low temperature and updated new PID values. Printing problem for DLP 3D printer - 6 years ago

Dear all, The attached pictures show my fail part printed by my DLP 3D printer. I don't know what problem to cause this failure. The bottom layers can be formed and attached on printed object holder. As for normal layers, some of them can be formed, but some of them can not be formed. Does anyone know the answer to cause this failure? Thank you!

Dear Dust, Thank you for your reply. I just found that it is caused by a broken A4988. After replaced it by a new A4988, the extruder works as my expected. Thank you!

Dear O_lampe, Thank you for your nice reply. You really give me a hint to find the answer. The jumpers and the values of EEPROM are OK. I found that the problem is caused by a broken A4988. I replaced the broken A4988 by a new one. Both of extruders work fine as my expect. Thank you for helping me to solve the problem.

Hello, Actually, I didn't exactly solved the problem. The above error message showed up when I selected "AUTO_BED_LEVELING_LINEAR" as the bed leveling of my system. But the code can pass the compiling when I replaced it by "AUTO_BED_LEVELING_BILINEAR". It works well. The attachment is the file.

Thank you for your kind reply. Since the extruders are same model, I disable "DISTINCT_E_FACTORS" to ignore the settings for extruder 2. Actually, I did try your suggestion, but the extruders stil run differently with same Gcode command.

Thank you for your nice response. I used Repetier-host to test my machine. If I send the Gcode command to control Extruder 2 with low speed, it is OK. There is one question. I configured both of extruders with same parameters in marlin, but they didn't have same running when I tested them by Repetier-host. the attachment is the configurattion header file. Thank you!

Dear all, Currently I am trying to configure the Marlin for my new machine which has two extruders with one single nozzle. Both extruders can be controlled by Repieter-host, but there is one problem. Extruder 0 can run correctly in both-side rotation, but Extruder 1 can only one (+) side rotation. Does anyone have this same problem? Thank you!
