Quotecman8 Having another issue. When i send the print command it comes down to 1mm from the bed. waits for the hotend to heat up and then shoots off far right towards my power supply where it gets stuck. any ideas? Try opening your gcode in a text editor and running the first few commands manually in Pronterface - that helped me troubleshoot some stuff. If there's a weird command there, your slby Mylation - Delta Machines
I finally got life out of the printer. I had a TON of issues with Pronterface. I'm not sure what was going on. I swapped over to Repetier and started slicing using Cura which solved the problem of getting the printer to start. I struggled with the autolevel stuff for a bit and managed to get it autoleveling properly after adding the g-code to the start of my prints in Cura. It seems like the popuby Mylation - Delta Machines
Hello all! I finally got the new nozzle in! But, of course, a new challenger has appeared. I configured slic3r to slice a small object and exported the g-code but when I send it to my printer it doesn't seem to be executing any actual commands that are in the G-code but it slowly moves the print head as if it's skipping all of the homing code before it. Just to be sure, I ran the first 25 linesby Mylation - Delta Machines
Well I messed up my firmware so I ended up starting over and my Y axis isn't acting up anymore...I'll see if it happens again after I set the build area up. I also think I borked my hotend during the build. I tried feeding some plastic last night and found that i need to increase the voltage of my extruder motor AND I think that when I dropped my nozzle, it might have landed on the tip closing thby Mylation - Delta Machines
Inspired by cman8, I took to configuring my build. It powers on just fine but I'm getting this odd behavior when I ask it to extrude. The X tower pulses like it's trying to home and the Y tower slowly moves down and the extruder motor seems to do nothing ideas? I'm also getting some weird behavior out of my Y tower in general possibly a bad driver? That axis seems to have trouble homing - it stopby Mylation - Delta Machines
Well it's been two days since I got my kit. All the hardware is screwed together and I didn't blow it up when I adjusted the drivers. I am concerned still about adjusting the height because I put it at the maximum possible not knowing the precise place to put the rails with 250mm rods. I ended up having EXACTLY the number of T nuts that I needed which was disappointing because I was hoping to havby Mylation - Delta Machines
Hey all! Started my build last night - following the manually as close as possible except I cut my rods down to 200mm for a total length of 250mm. I'm not 100% of where to place the carriages. From what I saw in this forum earlier, a 250mm rod length pushes the height right up to the top although we'll have to see. In addition, the build manual is a little confusing about jumper placement on theby Mylation - Delta Machines
It looks like Folger Tech just put their handle time out to 20 days on ebay: "Due to high demand in sales we have had to set the handling time to 20 business days. This handling time reflects the time it takes us to hand pack each of these kits in preparation for shipping. Your kit could ship well before this and the unusually long handling time should be better come April. We have had an overwhby Mylation - Delta Machines

I'll start by prefacing that I'm an absolute newbie at this whole thing. I really want to build a delta and have been looking at a few kits now but some of the cheaper kits out there scare me a bit. A kit has the advantage that I don't have to find all the parts. But I'm not to keen on sourcing everything. Can someone give a bit of advice on what someone in NA might pay on average for the BOM (toby Mylation - Delta Machines
It's great to see that this is an active place to discuss this particular kit. I'll be ordering in the next few months but love to see the discussions.by Mylation - Delta Machines
