Hello, Just upgraded to 1.18.1 firmware and WDC1.15a. Perfect :-) It seems to be the same function that Live Z on Prusa except that the value is reset after print. Is it correct ? Hello David, I think you already have a lot of thing to do but you said there is some months ago that you'll implement the Live Z function in reprap firmware. do you intend to implement the Live Z function in the firmware. that is very useful for the first print layer, to adjust the nozzle's high for a good adhesion while the beginning of printing. After your last answer, I have tuned hot end heating with M303 H1. results have been stored with M500 in config-override.g file. I have deleted M305 line in config.g After first printing test and about 33mn, printing stops in the same time that Heater 1 and Bed go "Off" on DWC machine control page. M122 don't reports error, no message in the console and no reset on Duet Is there a security if onby lolocaledo - Duet

When I test to disconnect the hotend temperature sensor while printing, I have an error in DWC control page "Error: Temperature reading fault on heater 1: sensor open circuit" However, in my case, I don't have errors message in the console and DWC control page indicate "Off" for Hotend and bed. Hello, Since 2 days , hotend and bed stops heating randomly while heater1 and bed go "off" and printing stops immediately. Duet 0.6 with Release 1.17e of DC42 reprap firmware. M122 don't report errors. Duet isn't reset but only hotend and bed goes Off I checked everything but I'm without of ideas. What do you think about this problem ? Thank youby lolocaledo - Duet

Hello, After many months with no use of this DELTA printer, I've decided to use it again. But strangely after "home" when I do G1 Z100, the Y carriage is lower than two others and the difference is the same each time. Originaly, the steps/mm for all motors was to 160 and now I have to setup 153 for Y motor if I want all carriages go down with the same distance !! Oui mais au moins elle fonctionne très bien. J'ai acheté des imprimantes à 250 ou 350us$ ..... rien à en tirer si tu ne change pas un bon nombre de choses ... Apres c'est comme en politique, chacun son idée :-) Si tu es un brun bricoleur, fabrique toi ton imprimante toi même. Hello, Je pencherai plutôt pour une extrusion trop abondante. Que cela ne se produise qu'à 30/35% est normal car la sur-épaisseur s'accumule au fil des couches et à 50%, c'est trop donc décollage car le moteur force trop sur la matière déjà imprimer. Hi all, For my new big Delta, I'd like to use BLTouch sensor with Duet. Is it possible ? Mini IR sensor from DC42 is very nice but not easy to use with PEI surface. And PEI is so good that it's my favorite print bed surface I use now. Or what is the solution to use Mini IR sensor with PEI ? It's very difficult to obtain a consistence Z heigh even without effector tilt.by lolocaledo - Duet

La PRUSA I3 MK2 de chez Prusa .... sans hésitation. Elle te permettra d'imprimer tout de suite des pièces de trés bonne qualité (pour te construire ta propre imprimante par exemple). Ce kit est une merveille. Il en a vendu 900 en 2016. J'avais déjà 3 imprimantes que j'ai construit moi même mais j'ai quand même investi dans une Prusa I3 MK2 en kit. clearlynotstefan, Yes, if I use Z +0.05 two times while printing, the head go up of 0.1mm but after next layer, the head heigh come back to origin, the offset I put before with Z +0.05 is canceled. This functionality is very useful. I use it on my Prusa I3 while printing the skirts to adjust Z heigh on the first layer. and this parameter is keeped hile all printingby lolocaledo - Duet

Hello, would it be possible to add easily a Z live button on web interface ? On my Prusa I3 MK2, I can change the head heigh while printing the first layer. This should be the equivalent to change the Z sensor height parameter while printing. I think it's very useful to have the possibility to adjust in live the head heigh at the first layer.by lolocaledo - Duet

Hi there, I've just finished to build and commissioned my new cartesian printer(build from Voxel printer). My Voxel printer is build with the following : - DUET 0.6 with ReprapFirmware 1.16 (DC42 fork) - PanelDue v1.1 with 5"" TFT and Firmware v1.15c - IR sensor In a Cartesian configuration, does the probe act as a end stop switch ? So I have now in stock three 0.6 Duet, two 0.85 Duet and two DuetWifi in pre-order. So my question is : which firmware file for Duet 0.6, which file for Duet 0.85 and which file for DuetWifi?
