Hello all, I've replaced my linear bearings with igus polymer bushings on my Y axis and added the Z-Brace mod on my Wanhao Duplicator i3 and ever since I've had these weird vertical artifacts... I've made sure all corners are the same height from the table, all rods are tight and true, same for belts... Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Cheers, Tomby freshpine99 - Printing
Never thought of that, will read into it. If you've seen any examples of people who have done similar, please show me if you can!by freshpine99 - Delta Machines
Hello all, After owning a couple of Duplicator i3's for a while, I have spare Melzi 2.0 board which I'd like to use to control a delta printer. However, I've thought of an issue regarding bed levelling. Obviously I can't replace the Z-endstop with a sensor because the 3 axis' each require their own endstops, the Melzi board only has room for 3... Hello, I've fixed the LCD. It was the cables. However I'm now getting the trouble with getting the motors to move. Edit, I think it may be the power supply. The square fan which is hooked directly to the 12v isn't spinning up.by freshpine99 - Prusa i3 and variants
Hello, I'm going to apologise for my newbness beforehand. I've bought and assembled this printer and plugged it into my PC. It's installed the automatic drivers but I'm unsure where to go from here. The LCD screen does not turn on, the power supply fans spin up and the red LED on the board lights up to say it has power. Any attempt at using a slicing software says the printer is offline regby freshpine99 - Prusa i3 and variants
