Some mods to my Folger Tech Rev B - 11 years ago
First a better spool holder to replace that acrylic jobby that doesn't work so well now that the extruder is mounting to the top. Most of the ones I found assume you have linear rails so three sides of the beam are free, not true on the Rev B with wheels riding on the beam. So I remixed a top mount model. I also had issues getting my hotend up to 230+ degrees after moving on from PLA to PEby hideehoo - Delta Machines

It lives! Using the latest Repeiter firmware and host, with Slicr doing the slicing inside of Repeiter. Pretty much all defaults at this point. These are the first prints after a rough calibration. 10mm cube came out a little rectangular (9.5mm x 10.2mm) and I need to recal with the bed and hotend heated to account for expansion (first layer was really squished). Raised the Z by 0.3mm on the nby hideehoo - Delta Machines

One other thing I noticed on my Rev B is very sticky sliders. Turns out two of my three carriages seem a bit narrow, causing the adjustable tension wheel to tilt and the post to rub against the 2020 beam. I filed a flat in the post to clear the beam and things are better, but they are still really tight on the beam (even the "good" one). Got my Rev B kit today, ordered last Sunday (8/16). Everything was well packed, no missing parts. Printed parts look OK and the corners are using M4x10mm bolts and T-Nuts (I think someone mentioned they got M3 earlier in this thread). There's still the angle issue with the metal corners, but it's not hard to get everything fitted together loosely and then tighten them down. So far I'm still vby hideehoo - Delta Machines
