IT WORKED! THANKS SOO MUCH! I printed half of a boat (I had to Emergency Stop halfway through because it bumped it out of place) And I printed a COMPLETE Weighted Companion cube! Thanks again!by FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
Do you mean my EEPROM settings work? Or Google and Youtube work?by FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
What about G29? Should I change the Z probe offset to have it work? EDIT: Wait, are you being sarcastic?by FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
Here is a picture of the EEPROM settings so far. I'm not sure what to change about the endstops, or Delta Radius or the Z probeby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
Here is BEDHEIGHTMAPby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
OK, I ran it again. It was still in the same small chunk near the Y tower. I realized though, that you said something about Autoleveling enabled/disabled. My RepetierHost automatically enabled Autoleveling before I ran the Bed Height Map tool. So, should I shut it off right before I start it?by FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
Here is the image of the Bed Height Map report. It only measured around half of the bed in a chunk closest to the Y tower. Like I said, the min/max for X and Y were -30 and 30 for bothby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
That is correct too. Z max length is 236.6 and the paper is pinched a little bit at z0 Is there something else I should change?by FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
Quotepaul_delta This is the Repetier feature that I like very much. One screen where you can manage all your printer settings. No need to recompile and manually edit configuration. Yes, I can see now how convenient this would be.by FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
Z probe height is set to 0.900 That is correct. I tested it. At z = 0.9 the z probe LED turns onby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
OK, I will try it...by FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
By EEPROM, I assume you mean going into the Arduino.ide and manually changing the firmware inside Configuration.h, correct?by FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
Quotepaul_delta Did you set your printer in Repetier host as delta? Check you z-probe height in eeprom. You must set real probe height - G1 X0 Y0 Z5 and slowly do down by 1mm and then by 0.1 and write down the height when z-probe will trigger (red light). QuoteFirmwareFool I think the problem is something to do with what either Firmware, or RepetierHost thinks my bed size is. Maybe they are conby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines

I think the problem is something to do with what either Firmware, or RepetierHost thinks my bed size is. Maybe they are conflicting? I can't think of any other reason why my sensor would go beyond the print bed and lower than z0. I mean no offense, but out of curiosity, is English your first language? Your wording seems a bit different to me.by FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
The paper test went fine at x0 y0 z0. I got a z max length of 236.6. At each of the 3 points near the edge, the print head was too high, and couldn't reach the bed, so it seems I have a convex print bed, although I'm not entirely sure which parameters to change to account for that. As an side, when Z probing earlier with G32 S2, I got a report of 9.19 9.63 8.34 So, those values are supposed toby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
Quotepaul_delta It's OK, it's actually 20mm that we set in Configuration.h in ENDSTOP_X/Y/Z_BACK_ON_HOME plus some margin that firmware calculates. So, just follow the video and adjust your endstops using G28, G131, G132: QuoteFirmwareFool It does, but it goes about 40 mm from endstops, not 20. Alright, I followed the video, but about halfway through, during bed height correction, my inductiby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines

QuoteFirmwareFool Yes, each endstop responded with H when activated, same with the z probe. I have to leave for now, but once again, thanks for the help (and patience). I will return tomorrow. I'm back. So, should the z probe be H (High) or L (Low) when triggered? Because mine reports Highby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines

Alright, I promise from here on out, no more Marlin. ONLY YOUR REPETIER FIRMWARE. The output is as such when no red LEDs are on and the printer is not plugged into the wall: 15:37:32.021 : endstops hit: x_max:L y_max:L z_max:L Z-probe state:Hby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
Quotepaul_delta I'm sorry, but I'm giving up. I'm searching a black cat in the dark room with you. You change firmware like gloves during our discussion. I think we're adjusting my repetier configuration but you keep masturbating with Marlin. That's it, sorry. Hahaha! Look I am really sorry. I know I am an idiot with this stuff and I know there has been some miscommunication, but you must underby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
Yes I only changed the Z min. I just realized though, that the endstop has to be rewired too! I just switched the motor wiring, not the endstop wiring. I will do that now lolby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
No, that still caused the motor to try and move past the endstop, causing loud noise the belt to shake.by FirmwareFool - Delta Machines

Quotepaul_delta Right, you have to invert your z-probe in the firmware. Normally it's open, with metal - triggered. It will fix everything. QuoteFirmwareFool Nothing was triggered, so I figured that meant it was inverted. If the endstops are engaged (The switches are pressed and the red LEDs are on) and I hold a piece of metal to the Z probe, (The red LED comes on) then type M119, the report isby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines

Quotepaul_delta QuoteFirmwareFool OK now when I type in G28, my motor makes quite a loud ruckus and causes that motor's belt to shake a lot. I tried it with both your Repetier FW and the old Marlin FW, resetting to m502, m500 each time. NOW what's the problem? If you switched your motors under live 12v there is a chance that you need new stepper drivers or RAMPS. No, I unplugged it from both myby FirmwareFool - Delta Machines
Quotepaul_delta QuoteFirmwareFool Haha, sorry. But everything else is still the same. So that still doesn't answer why my printer would be acting the wrong way. Move your effector in the middle, to be sure it's off endstops and copy-paste the results of your M119 and M205.
