Hi All, A quick search did not turn up any concrete information regarding this question, so here goes: How do those who have a heated bed restrain it whilst still allowing it to expand and shrink with thermal changes? My original printer the bed was fixed at 6 points to the lower frame cross memebers and it's possible that this could have introduced some errors to prints as the bed heated anby ph00ns - Delta Machines

Thanks for the response. Would these steps be better undertaken with the Mini IR probe to iron out any repeatability issues using a mechanical Zprobe? Also is trigger height related to the G31 line in the config file? ie does the Duet always assume that when the Zprobe is triggered that (G31 X0 Y0 Z1.1 P500) the nozzle is 1.1mm above the bed?by ph00ns - Delta Machines
Hi All, I am looking for some help with my delta, loosely based on a kossel. I have only on a few occasions been able to print anything at all. Mainly because i have trouble with the first layer, in most cases i get really good extrusion onto one part of the plate and then terrible extrusion on another part (ie poor bond with plate and extrusion looks like it is just come out of the nozzle witby ph00ns - Delta Machines
