Quote I don't know about the FLSUN in particular and Quote I have a financial interest in sales of the Panel Due, Mini IR height sensor, and Duet WiFi. so , stop spamming this threadby Mike60 - Delta Machines
i stopped working/using my FLsun, because i have a lot of trouble with the printer. after installing LVD's "august release" and fiddling around with some settings, the printer will run "strange": - autoleveling hit's the bed (setting for max height is OK) - prints start 40mm above the bed - manual control of the axis gives "strange moves" in different direction's - and some little things more soby Mike60 - Delta Machines
have a look at the chip - may be it's a CH340/CH341by Mike60 - Delta Machines

id you setup the firmware for your printer ? (see attached picture)by Mike60 - Delta Machines
sorry about the confusion, i said "for example" - my posting was about "fighting many problems at the same time" - you should follow the descriptions and videos in the wwwby Mike60 - Delta Machines
sorry to say, but your "fighting" against a lot of problems at the same time. please do a step by step trouble shooting, one problem after another - otherwise you will NOT get the system running with best results (for example: 1th calibration, 2nd bed leveling, 3rd temperatures 4th sticking on the bed 5th setup the slicer ...... after finding solution for every problem, you can go to "options" liby Mike60 - Delta Machines
just to explain: the FlashAir is a SD-Card with add. WiFi function. it sticks in the printer and you can move the files to there via the WiFi. if Wifi is lost, it works still like a standard SD-Card not necessary to run the PC during the printby Mike60 - Delta Machines
Quotedoes it matter which motor is x y z? yes very important ! - follow up the Assembly manual for the FLsun i use the last "Marlin"-software, setup by LVD (it's here in this thread for download)by Mike60 - Delta Machines
OK, now we are clear and uptodate what about Toshiba FlashAir W-03 Karte with 8GB in the printer; simple&cheap - still working here - i only have to start the print's on the printer (but not walking around with the SD) (remark: i heard about "octoprint" - a pi connected to the printer, but i dont know, if it works with the delta)by Mike60 - Delta Machines

QuoteTheman ... I can dedicate to the printer (it's currently dedicated to my 3axis cnc). I'll use the of to load the firmware, but I'm hoping I don't need to buy a new pc. first the positve: the FLsun has a SD-card-slot and can run/print stand alone but: how will you get the files to the sd ? the models must be "sliced" by a slicer - for setting the layers, temperatures, movements .... based oby Mike60 - Delta Machines
@LVD: so you are still here - that's nice - take a break as long as you likeby Mike60 - Delta Machines
Quoteslanwar FLSUN sent to me a firmware for this machine yesterday, I didn't test yet and I'm not sure if is the same as LVD. Anyway today I tested ABS with this printer using the PEI surface and sticked really good with no glue or any other material, was set 100C for the bed and 240C start then reduced only the extruder temp to 230C. Now a question about the second fan (LVD), is the fan connectby Mike60 - Delta Machines
about effector: just printing this one will test it ;-)by Mike60 - Delta Machines
looks like LVD is "off" - last posting: 23. August 2016 22:38 any other members working on the FLSun Firmware ?by Mike60 - Delta Machines
Hello to everyone, just registered to this forum ;-) bought FLsun from ali, build it up, installed last LVD's Marlin version (good work, THX) and everything runs smooth incl. auto level functions doing some upgrades - printed by the little brother of the FLsun, a CTC china clone => every 3D printer should print the parts for a brother or sister (real replication ;-) ) i am happy with the FLsby Mike60 - Delta Machines
