The PTFE lining will melt at 280 C. The problems this will cause are plenty and hard to find. As I found out on my TEVO Little Monster when I got a filament jam that took a month to recover from. I wound up making something that acts like a double carriage/motor without the extra complexity of adding them. Sort of a "Floating Extruder" configuration. I had a filament jam rip out the spring clamps in the pneumatic fittings several times on my TEVO Little Monster. I was getting desperate because it was chewing through connectors like candy. I decided to find a way of mount the extruder sby vsch - Delta Machines
