QuoteM_XenoDo you think it's expensive? Not at all, I was pleasantly surprised to see this very reasonable price level already at the very beginning of this exciting technology! Especially considering that it is done in local European workshops under Marc's close control. No need to compete with the Far East at this point, a Prusa also isn't cheap. Upped my pledge for the accessories I would be ordering later anyhow.. I guess it helps the campaign! I also found the equipment recommendations on your (French) website zatsit.fr very helpful. Finally some good use for my badly rusted highschool French! Oh the anticipation...by GER776 - Delta Machines
Backed! Want one. All the best for the campaign!! Philippby GER776 - Delta Machines
Bonjour Marc (I assume that's you?) Love your innovative ideas. Tired of worn out rodends, magnets and all that stuff... and I also love your choice of music of the assembly videos! Watched one without sound, then saw the note that it is Astor Piazzolla! Watched it again with sound This would be my next printer if the build volume was a bit larger. Looking for 250 dia and 400-450 height... woby GER776 - Delta Machines
this sounds like your effector is not remaining absolutely flat/parallel to the build plate while moving across the bed. I guess your probe is mounted at an offset to the nozzle? Check the distance of your rods at effector and carriages.by GER776 - Delta Machines
did you lubricate the linear rails with some thin machine oil? The prints on my anycubic got ugly after few hours because the rails are not lubricated, but only corrosion protected.by GER776 - Delta Machines
My PLA gets soft in acetone... can't glue it that way unfortunately. If you're looking for a PLA solvent/glue, use dichloromethane. Maybe available at your pharmacy, or as acrylglass glue. Here in Japan it is sold for gluing acryl.by GER776 - Delta Machines
Does CA (superglue) stick to Delrin? I doubt it, but if yes things would be simple: you can debond CA with acetone.by GER776 - Delta Machines
On my Anycubic Kossel Plus, the aluminum effector baseplate was not symmetric. You can check this by measuring the distance of adjacent bolt heads (those fixing the diagonal rods). I had two times 14, one time 16 mm. I printed a new plate, all leveling and dimensional calibration problems are gone now Caution: This one is a bit smaller than the original. Your printable diameter will decreasby GER776 - Delta Machines
