ebay rgb cable for motorsm thermistr etc, for heated bed 1.5mm speaker cable works for meby woo - Reprappers
just connect them and they are working. i had tb6560 and tb6600 connected, they are all working without any problems.by woo - Developers
each MM is unique...you cannot just copy from internet.. you have to learn how that works. in your case problem waz in start gcode. also you can activate prevent dangerous extrude in firmware.by woo - Reprappers

Quote3dkarma These frame stabilisers (thingiverse.com) may help solve some issus. agree, i had one set of thoose when i had classic i3, its huuge improvementby woo - Reprappers
check if your motor is ok conected, , also check if limitswitch is ok, maybe it sends triggered signal during print. Du kannst fasuchen alle y axis kabel austauschen, villeicht is irgendwo schlehte konntakt.Dammin dennke ich auf motor und limit kabbeln. and yes, in english, i think its only one option left, to try change motor and limit switch cables.by woo - Reprappers
No,mdf or alluminum could never be better. Why? Im 3d printers like in all CNC machines strong rigid heavy frame provudes better stability.. Now you will ask...why everybody uses extrusions, mdf, dibond? Becouse its easy available. I have now fast on 300,infill on 90 and perimeters on 50 mm/sec with acc on 3000. and prints are same like on standard I3 with much lower speeds. And it goes faster, iby woo - Reprappers

hello. i have some heavy modified p3steel, and it works great-on marlin. i always use repetier fw, but now hawing troble to setup auto bed leveling. where to input servo encoders positions(up-down)? any tutorial for this? for marlin i followed zenmaster's tutorial on tube and it worked like charm in 10 mins. i am using ramps thank youby woo - Repetier
I am missing extruder speed. When changing fillament its pain to change it with default speeds(bowden). To me 0.95 looks and works better..by woo - Repetier
nothing much to say...i had smartrap, and that waz so slow, bad printer, had messed with my zen thing and i have crashed it into wall so, new quickie, p3steel, with some modifications: -10 mm smoothrods for y axis -removed heavy steel bed and made from dibond -removed lasercut triangles from main frame -added some more steel around y axis to maintain rigidity... -it wil be bowden high speed sby woo - Reprappers
So...i have decided to move on...i tried it,for now i dont like it. For me this printer is too gentle, fragile. Il follow this project, maybe once il try it again. Imho, this printer needs 10-12 mm smoothrods on Z and Y axis, stabile base(done on version .4.9) and less printed parts. For now it has more parts then prusa I3.. why have you removed x axis bearing career below motor?. i think it would improve xz axis rigidity alot. some changes that i suggest: -12 mm Z axis rods. -mount for bigger 9g servo(its cheaper.) -electronic board mounted from behind-its easier to adjust when printer working. -for really better x axis stabillity make x rods fixed and carriage to drive with extruder -by woo - Smart_Rap
hehe. about smartrap: i am thinking to lasercut some 8 or 10 mm steel plate with dimensions about 200 x 300 mm and fix whole printer to it to add stability. i am having some issues with high speeds, like 100 mm/s, printer is dancing on whole work table luckily i have lasercutter @ work so this should not be a problem brad: well, english is not my native language so i guess we have missundeby woo - Smart_Rap
very nice, congratz. when i waz 14, we had 386 and 485 pentiums, with 33 or boosted 66 mhz about budget: i simply bought cheapest components from ebay, except 8825 drivers, and now they dont workby woo - Smart_Rap
QuoteBradStaff Quotewoo there you go! 2 brad: printer is done,im below 300 usd. Well 14 year olds aren't known for being smart i dont get it, who has 14 years? i am making another printer, lets call it hardcore, basic idea of this little printer is to be portableby woo - Smart_Rap
Here is my smartrap, first run. Now uploading video of first print. Basic idea waz to build cheap printer, under 200 euro. Everything works except drv8825 from geetech doesnt working,so for now i have toshiba drivers. I am using 100 lbs spectra and rubber hose inner diameter 4 mm so it sits very tight on 5 mm motor shafts to improve friction, works like charm.by woo - Smart_Rap
Hello,i have dual extruder with ramps1.4 and i have buyed expansion board for 2 additional fans for ramps, idea is to have one fan for one extruder. How to set this up in repetier? On marlin is all done when chosen motherboard 34. Wil it work if i copy pins settings to repetier? Thank youby woo - Repetier
Parts for new printer.. Heated chamber Dual bowden E3D All axis belt driven Z axis belt-nema23-toshiba6600 Corexy Etc. Max speed approx 800 mm/sec with acceleration about 9000 mm/sec2 on all axis(Z too) For now tested 700 with this steppers and controllers with setup like replicator style All guides 12 mm, Welded and cnc machined frame Stay tunedby woo - Reprappers
hey ppl, i have small problem. when i'm zeroing the x and y axis i hit home, retract, and hit again. how to setup axis to retract for some value again and set it to max/min value? for example, i hit limitswitch, and then i have 30 milimeters empty space till reach printbed. thank you.by woo - Firmware - mainstream and related support

i have also some troubles with repetier firmware...on 8 microsteps everything is fine but on 16 microsteps it misses steps. interesting is that on marlin everything is ok. all parameters are same. but i have thosiba tb6560 stepper driversby woo - Repetier
so, they say: The QU-BD One Up is the world's first production ready 3D printer to break the $200 barrier. It uses industry standard technology and electronics and everything is OPEN SOURCE!
