Repetier's got a bed distortion correction for deltas. It may solve your issue.by boksbox - Delta Machines
Try switching to Repetier firmwareby boksbox - Delta Machines
Deltas are unique so that a flying extruder can be placed at this point in the middle of the 3 carriages that's almost stationary even when they are moving. How can this be implemented on a corexy?by boksbox - Delta Machines
Thanks MK. Your system looks real cool.by boksbox - Delta Machines
Quotesungod3k Quoteboksbox I updated my flying extruder with a counterweight suspension system. There's virtually no shaking and thrashing about of the extruder. Load on steppers virtually zero. private video Oops! Fixedby boksbox - Delta Machines
I updated my flying extruder with a counterweight suspension system. There's virtually no shaking and thrashing about of the extruder. Extra load on the effector and motors virtually zero.by boksbox - Delta Machines
If you're concerned about weight, try comparing the weight of the hose you will use and this blower fan (22grams). If it turns out the hose is heavier, maybe you should take a look at this compact shroud. It works pretty good.by boksbox - Delta Machines

What do you mean by Z access? You mean when you home it doesn't stop as it should? To check whether your endstops are working properly, send M119 to your printer. Manually trigger and hold the endstop and do another M119 and see if it changes state. Do this to all 3 endstops.by boksbox - Delta Machines
On the top layer of the flat surface I can still see the layer before it, i.e, there are gaps between the lines. That means you're not extruding enough material. I think you still need to fine-tune your e-steps. Check out Triffid's Calibration Guideby boksbox - Delta Machines
Awesome work you're doing there, Paul. I'm looking forward to seeing those features in Slic3r soon. Thanks again!by boksbox - Delta Machines
Thanks, Paul. You are right. It's pressure loss and nothing is coming out for the first few tenths of a mm after unretract. First, I turned off retract on layer change and upped min travel after retration to 10 as you suggested. The print went without a single retraction and came out perfectly watertight. However... Yes, I'm using a Bowden extruder - retraction length of 5mm at 60mm/s.by boksbox - Delta Machines
Quotejaguarking11 Layer width should be a multiple of your nozzle diameter. if your nozzle is .4mm then you should have a .4mm layer width. Try that and see if it works. I've been following Triffd Hunter's guide regarding extrusion (layer) width. I never had problems with it except with this and I don't think extrusion width has anything to do with my problem. But I tried your suggestion anywaby boksbox - Delta Machines
Have you tried reducing Diagonal Rod Length? Print a larger test print. check out this delta calibration pageby boksbox - Delta Machines
I'm pretty happy with my Kossel Mini. My prints generally come out good but I seem to be having trouble with single-walled prints. There are gaps where the nozzle ends with each layer. The surface finish is not so good either I think I have my extrusion rate dialed-in correctly. It only happens with single walls. What could I be doing wrong? I'm using 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers, 0.5 layeby boksbox - Delta Machines

Try this - reduce the DELTA_SEGMENTS_PER_SECOND to 80 in your firmwareby boksbox - Delta Machines
Quotevreihen Sorry, it can NEVER run on such limited hardware. I just meant that M665/M666 is a much simpler way to change/save the settings than the clunky Repetier EPROM settings (which I have used in the past). I don't follow Marlin, but thought that I remember seeing that M665/M666 were supported in one or more forks????? Rich Cattel's Marlin has M666. Good auto-calibration too.by boksbox - Delta Machines
Quotevreihen Is anyone concerned with the three top corners possibly not being square after using these tensioners????? Exactly my thoughts. Although I don't have a Rostock but a Kossel Mini, I only used these to fine-tune the square of the frame and made separate adjustable belt tensioners. By the way, my carriages have toothed belt mounts and they work really well.by boksbox - Delta Machines
No need to set it always on. Set Min Fan speed to 40, Max Fan speed to 100. Increase Bridges speed to 100 as well. Set Disable fan for first [ 1 or more ] layers. Then you're good to go.by boksbox - Delta Machines
QuoteLerathel I'm kind of stuck. Will try to find something longer then the long 1.5 mm hex key. I used a bicycle spoke. Bent it nice and square and cut it to length. Go to your local bike shop and get a piece with around 1.5mm diameter thickness.by boksbox - Delta Machines
I see it's a china clone just like mine. It is safe to hollow out the center of the effector up to the diameter of the mounting end of the hot-end because the aluminum plate with its U-shape, will lock your hot-end securely. You can then connect the push-fit directly to the hot end. Just print a custom effector afterwards.by boksbox - Delta Machines
Have you tried cleaning the nozzle?by boksbox - Delta Machines
It happened to me a lot of times before. The probe microswitch is not working properly. Either it has a loose connection somewhere or the probe allen key is getting stuck and not hitting the switch reliably. Check your Zmin status using M119by boksbox - Delta Machines
I think your Z-probe microswitch is not working properly. Did you wire it correctly (NO)? Check with M119 to see if Zmin is showing the right status when you press it and release it. Usually the spring is too weak or the allen key probe gets stuck. Also check for loose connection.by boksbox - Delta Machines
The idler pulleys are way out of alignment, making the belts attached to the carriage really skewed. Won't that cause any problems?by boksbox - Delta Machines
Just thought I'd post this before anyone else gets the same problem. I got this from aliexpress. Before even reaching 90C, this happened.by boksbox - Delta Machines
