Hope somebody can help me. After my rebuild with the robotdigg parts and after calibration i get some bad prints and i don't know why. Mechanical i can't find a problem. I don't hear or see a step lost or anything. I printed this object: The first try i printed with normal speed and now i get some ugly results. The second try i printed very very slow. It looks nice but the walls are not straiby Rossini - Delta Machines
Quotenebbian Quoteo_lampe How did your GT2 belt fit in the U-clamps of the carriers? My belt ( non branded ) was a bit thick and I had to use a lot of lubrication and force to squeeze it in. My belts (the sintron ones) were a tight squeeze, you had to use some force and hold your tongue just right, but they went in OK once you got it in the right spot. The main issue I've got with the RobotDiby Rossini - Delta Machines
Heyho, lessons learned so far: Robotdigg aluminium corners: fits perfect. They are very well build and got no problems assembling them. Very exact. Very very stable. Only drawback i have: lost a little build height because the bottom corners are taller. Diameter of the Frame is little smaller. Robotdigg Delrin mini v wheels: i don't recommend to buy those. The bearings are not very good andby Rossini - Delta Machines
crap i hope they are 6 mm (can't measure them now) checked ... they are 6 mm puuhby Rossini - Delta Machines
Quoteo_lampe BTW: The t3p3 rollers are made for Nut-5 extrusions. When I changed my setup to robotdigg corners, I had to use wider Nut-6 extrusions ( or dremel the slots to fit in the corners ) Now the rollers are to narrow. -Olaf What are the sintron extrusions? Now i am confused. Are the Robotdigg metal corners compatible with the Sintron extrusions or not. Do i have to dremel the slots? Fby Rossini - Delta Machines
well, i tightend the carriage. But the play comes from the bearings i think. yes it's a single bearing. I considered the mini-v-wheels but are they compatible with the sintron extrusions, as they are not really v-slot extrusions and shipping costs from robotdigg are very expensive for austria.by Rossini - Delta Machines
Hey @all, has anyone a tipp for me: the pom-rollers on the carriages have a lot of play on my kossel mini. how to solve that? they have so much play, that the force from the bowden tube tilt the effector. other bearings? other wheels? order some linear-rails? thanksby Rossini - Delta Machines
does anyone know if the sintron extrusions are compatible with the robotdigg metal corners?by Rossini - Delta Machines
Hey there, can someone be so kind and help me. I am searching replacements for my push-fits. Which are the dimensions? Are PC4-M6 (for extrudor) and PC4-01 (for hotend) correct? thanks.by Rossini - Delta Machines
@nebbian nice job. well done. could you provide more pictures with more details from the print head, electronics ... please. Did you connect the endstops with all three pins?by Rossini - Delta Machines

nope .. kit doesn't include a enclosure.by Rossini - Delta Machines
No no, nothing wrong with the cable. I'm just a little bit scared to connect 220 Volts to the "open" connectors of the power-supply. For savety i think i will connect a three-wire cable with a ground wire and try to isolate them somehow. PS.: i'm not a native speakerby Rossini - Delta Machines
Hello "friends" of the SINTRON Kossel Mini full kit, so i ordered the kit and last Tuesday it arrived. Only one week delivery and no taxes --> nice. First impression: everything was well packed. Didn't notice any bend pins on the electronic. Every part seems ok. Assemble: Well yes, i was warned by this thread. So overall i think the parts will work. I allready assembled the frame and the roby Rossini - Delta Machines
